# Advice for applying to the chest?

I’ve heard it’s good to apply something like ammo to your chest, but I’m a little confused on how to do that. Do you spray it directly on your shirt, or do you spray it under your shirt and let it dry and then put on your shirt? How does this work?

People generally mean to spray on the chest underneath the shirt. If you are wearing too much heavy clothing then don’t spray to the chest or the ammo will never escape… but a shirt is fine.

The shirt doesn’t block the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) from diffusing or anything like that? What if your wearing a shirt that has graphics on it? Would those graphics on the shirt stop the ammo from diffusing as good?

spray on your neck or wrists or the back of your neck…I always spray on skin. You could even spray it on your face. even spray it on your hair.

Spray on the back of your neck. That way you’re not feeling the self-effects, and you can gauge the responses much better 😉

The only pheromones I use on my front side are CTTM (even that’s rare), NPA, SOE, and cops. Cops I use right under my nose actually 😉
