# Advice on Ammo 2x (heavy)

Need some help with using Ammo + IS; so far Ammo has been a great standalone for me but haven’t really mixed it with other pheros.

I’ve read that combined with instant shine would make a great combo.

**Question:** Should 1 spray of Ammo 2x (heavy) and one spray of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2x be enough?

I’m curious as to what you found to be the best dosage…

It would be as good a starting point as any but a rule of thumb that many here apply is two sprays of social to each equivalent spray of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or TUTH.

So in your case, it would be 2 sprays 2xIS to each spray heavy Ammo. Which is still not an excessive amount.

Thank you! I was wondering if 2 sprays of ammo would be too overwhelming.
