Hi guys , Im thinking of purchasing full size ammo and IS . Can someone explain whether i should get double strength of both or regular strength. Does IS work better in 2x than ammo or ammo better 2x than IS. Im a healthy young male (20’s) , eat healthy , etc. I know someone would advise 1x ammo. I have used ammo before with no hits. I figured I would try again but don’t know about the strengths. Never used IS , also curious about the strength. thanks. ---

Ok. I’m 16 and I used one shot of ammo and didnt see any responses out the ordinary. At two shots I did but that was from females in their 20s, not HS girls my age. I saw responses from girls my age with 7 shots of IS. So I’d recommend normal strength ammo and double strength IS. Also I was using togos for IS and had a 30ml of ammo. ---

Yes, I’d say to stick with the 1x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and 2x IS. The 2x Ammo dosen’t really come into its own till you are in your 30s. Stronger is not always better where none is concerned and I really wouldn’t advise a younger guy to get 2x until they have found their sweet spot and the dose worked out - then it might be more economic. Socials are a different matter and there is seldom a problem going stronger - Its good economy and you seldom see people using just one spray of any 1x social to good effect. 🙂 ---
