If you could go back to your very first bottle, what would you tell yourself? It could be about how much to apply, where to put it, what to expect, or what to stop worrying about. The newcomers reading this will thank you for it.

Keep a journal. Be detailed if possible, but document the process even if it’s just notes in your phone or messages to a friend. We forget more than we realize. How did you feel before in example situations or with certain people? How did they feel and behave in reproducible circumstances. Try asking people where they are internally, and try to notice what they give away, before you introduce the change. This gives you a better baseline for comparison. It’s amazing how much comes back to me when I review old notes. Something that doesn’t seem important at the beginning could turn out to form a pattern only discernible over a period of time. Without a proper accounting of the original situation, people can tend to adjust their expectations to the new condition, and are liable to believe the chemistry has lost it’s effectiveness.

Welcome back Iwatkins! It’s glad to see you return to the forum after so long. As someone who has posted previously, what unexpected pattern became apparent when revisiting your old notes?
