# after how much time should i stop using pherormones and how long ?

i heard that you should stop using pherormones after a while of using them regularly after how much time should i stop and for how long

It’s generally not too great to wear them 7 days a week. In fact it’s usually encouraged that you try to take two days off a week.

Every couple months, it would probably be good to take off a whole week, even if only to gain a greater perspective on what the “old” life is like.

I think I wore different [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for MORE than 7 days in a row. Every time I go to the store, gas station, bank or WHEREVER, I feel like I should spray myself. I think the resulting pheromone “hits” are so addictive that I want to see them again and again, so I seem to be spraying myself every day. I posted a thread earlier where I mentioned that I am now constantly sneezing and I have a runny nose. Maybe I’m just using pheromones too too much?

You can never stop wearing them. Your body automatically produces them whether you want to or not. The more physical activity and fewer showers, the more mones airborne. The only way you can stop is if you bought the farm. So you might as well tweak it.

Reminds me of the time i didn’t shower for 3 days. (Had valid reasons, not that im unhygienic, shower once a day at least) and when i got on the train all the females where smiling and giving me 20-30 second looks. Didn’t know anything about pheros then .. I was like.. hmm this is a good day.
