yes, optimum dose depends on your own age (how much you can handle) as well as the age of your targets (how much they need to be exposed for good effects)… especially for AMMO, TUTH, Jerk and A314…

for example catlord posted here [MILFs & Cougars... - #40 by catlord17](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/milfs-cougars/10145/40) which dose is best for target age groups, but he is 35 if you are younger you need less for each target age group, if you are older you could even use more…
