Hey guys, Just recently borrowed a bottle of Ammo from a friend (never knew he was a fellow pherorer!) and tried a spray on the wrists, spread to the sides of the neck. -Never have tried Ammo before. -I normally wear MX413 2 sprays, IH 1 spray, IO 1 spray, IS or [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) 2 sprays. -If I’m going to hang out with a girl, I switch the aforementioned setup up with some P83. Went to a bar with some friends, 3 dudes, and they were all pretty on edge? They were quick to comment on nearly anything I said, constantly tried to neg me while trying to chat up girls that came to us/we approached. As for the opposite sex, I caught a lot of IOIs and tried to react to them as fluidly as possible. (I’m not really well-versed with PUA lingo, but it seems like the norm on this forum so I’m just gonna go with it) By the end of the night I sort of just broke off and did my own thing. I’ve been using pheros since July and admittedly have never OD or pherobombed, I sort of just felt out the boundaries slowly. These 3 friends of mine have all hung out with me while I slowly compiled my phero setup, and never have I gotten a reaction like this. I’m liking the Ammo, I just need a way to like, downplay the aggression? How’s Ammo Summer Edition? ---

I think you just did OD on the none in the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). - Do I get it right that you used three sprays? To offset the none, you could use fewer sprays and/or some IO ot IO/IS to moderate it further. Yes, summer Ammo is a good alternative, esp for younger folk - Although the primary pheros are the same, the TAA/P130 in the mix will help moderate/soften its impact somewhat, although you may still need a little of something else. ---

You shouldnt get aggression with that. Even two sprays should have been fine in most cases. 5.0 mcgs of anone is not a whole heck of a lot and Ammo is well buffered. The Aggression could have been caused by the IOU’s you getting and not a reaction to the mones. Jealousy and competativenerss exist with or without mones. If you notice it continues then add some Ishine or P74 to create more harmony Tisha ---

I got TERRIBLE jealousy and competitiveness when wearing ammo out at night at 3 sprays. Soon as I went home and buffered with IS it went away. Lesson learned don’t wear ammo on its own if its causing such aggression or cut the dose. I literally had a black woman screaming at me from 15 feet away trying to pick me up when I was with someone else.. She was saying things like “don’t I know you, aren’t you xxx husband”.. It was scary. ---

Maybe your friends just don’t know you like that. They get confused because you project a different vibe and challenge you. ---

I was with my friend’s girlfriend, we were picking up a cake to bring back to the house for a birthday. I greeted her as she came into the bakeshop (mind you, this place is a bakeshop; the smell of fresh baked goods is just overwhelming) with a kiss on the cheek and I audibly heard her take a whiff. “Oh, not you too! How did X get you onto pheros too?” My brain just like froze. Then she started talking about her dad, a widower, got back into the dating game using IO, IS, IH, etc. and that he then passed those onto my friend. So, it’s actually like a weird family of pheros? As for the aggression from regular Ammo, I looked into Ammo SE and saw it had buffers pre-installed (TAA/P130) so I ordered a 30ml. I’ll report back after field testing!
