In a [recent post](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/agricultural-specialisterne-rural-employment-revolution-for-those-with-autism/50615/368), I mentioned _Autism Family Services of New Jersey_ (_AFSNJ_). In New Jersey, according to a 2012 report from the _Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)_ , 1 in every 49 people have an Autism diagnosis compared to America’s national average of 1 in 88 people. _AFSNJ_ is a leading provider of family support services to the Autism population under contract with the New Jersey State _Division of Developmental Disabilities_ (_DDD_). The Trenton, New Jersey-based nonprofit holds the largest gathering of Autism families in New Jersey each year at the Annual Beach Bash in Belmar… > [@](#): > > …The Beach Bash presents an opportunity for this community of families to gather in support of one another, to challenge society’s boundaries and mostly importantly to enjoy a day on the beach free of judgment.
