25mcg of P96 seems to have a striking anti-anxiety effect. i’ve been working on a performance and each time have found stepping up in front of people during practice creates a tightening, shift to sympathetic state effect. this time there was nothing of that - felt super relaxed and was able to let things flow.

This happened again with a different mix - only overlap really was P96 so developing some confidence that 96 was the calming agent here.
