# alpha 314 instant openness 2x question

Hey guys!!

I just ordered me more stuff since i just received my gift cert. Thank you so much by the way. I love this place! Ijust have a few questions to ask everyone since I am a newbie haha

I am taking a speech class this summer in which I have to make oral presentations. I do not have that much of a problem talking to people but in front of a crowd it seems nerve racking. So i bought these two to help me out. I am 22 years old and I was wondering what is a good mix for these two to ease up my tension. I just want people to respect me and at the same time able to talk to me without being intimidated. I also got these items because it is summer and I am planning on hitting up a bunch of parties. So my question is what is a good mix for a classroom and parties haha I also have ammo double strenght and turn up the heat to go bottles so If anyone has ever had any success mixing these please let me know. btw, I wanna meet girls and lean towards getting phone numbers rather than one night stands.Thank you guys for the help!

For Speech class, two drops of A314…on split between the wrists, the other starting at your chin and going down your neck, a single of IO sprayed either on your neck or chest if you have a lose or semi open shirt.

For parties, stick with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), 2 sprays and IO one spray…get some instant shine and add a spray to that mix as well.

For dating, assuming you’re looking for a potential girlfriend, two drops A314, two sprays Ammo, and two Sprays Shine…if you REALLY like the girl get some IH for those tender moments, and then break out the TuTH when you want to seal the deal.
