# Alpha 7, ammo ,instance shine advice

Hey ppl,

Hey to all the community 😃  
Im a newbie to mones and this site ..so heres what my aim is, i want to attract the younger crowed atm im 26 and look to target girls between 19 and above, i brought Alpha 7, ammo x2 and instance shine x2 any advice on what might work in other ppls experience…im knida a skeptic to mones lol atm but ill see how they work

Welcome to the forums.

My first question for you is why did you buy ammox2? it’s not really a mistake to buy it, but it is a little excessive at your age since you might not need all that androstenone.

What’s your personality like? [Pheromones](https://a314.com/) have different uses and not all of them are for sexual attraction purposes.

Hey rolandcubed,

i brought ammox2 just by reading the forums it looked like a good one to get, my personality is kinda quite goodlooking type lol and do get attention from the ladies without mones i just want more of an edge on my competition i also got alpha 7 and IS but reading reviews,  
what do you suggest might work?

Hey, welcome to the forum.

I haven’t tried Alpha 7 personally but Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) are definitely very good products. Since pheromones work slightly differently for everyone, I would suggest trying them each product by itself in different dosages so you can find out how they work for you and the best number of sprays. Just be aware that high amounts of the sexual pheromone contained in Ammo is usually said to be less effective with younger women.

Since you gave us such limited information like the bare minimum it’s kinda hard for me to decide what I should tell you in terms of [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) advice.

You are older and looking to attract the younger crowd so Ammo will definitely help and if you are not shy I suggest getting the A314 spray to test out and if it works the A314 oil because younger women are attracted to older men who are the top dog or the Alpha male.

Instant honesty for a warm closeness and to make them feel they can trust you and shine so you give of that youthful , vibrant vibe.
