# Alpha A314 Vs IO + IH

Hello I got my first bottle a month ago and it was a bottle of ammo. I have used it and it has done wonders for me but I want to take a whole new step into [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I have enough money to get either A314 or IO and IH. I really dont know which one to get. I would like the combo of IO and IH because I want my friends and girls interested in me to be a bit more open but a friend of mine said to get Alpha cus its better. I read the description for alpha and i really dont get it. I know its making you feel like you are the man but does it take ammo, IO, IH, Ishine, and some other sprays and mix it into one or is it a whole new thing. I was just wondering if anyone could help me.

It’s a whole new thing on its own. Mostly -rone (one of the things that has a masculine vibe) and the special cocktail of steering mones. You could probably emulate that with IG since it is mostly -rone as well.

in my experience, I think IS and IH and IO added to ammo would be better than A314…  
Also, I would get IG instead of A314… IG is a softer version of A314 and girls your age REALLY dig it!
