# Alpha-Androstenol vs Beta-Androstenol

What’s the difference?

Which one is more suitable than the other for certain sensual situations?

Anyone here have any experience or knowledge about these two specifically?

Alphanol is the more happy/chatty/bubbly/fun kind of feeling.

Betanol is a deeper, more connecting/trusting/confiding sort of feel.

Alphanol is good in icebreaker situations or where you want to promote conversation at all costs - Like in conjunction with TUTH in a gig/loud club. It is also oa very good None moderator.

Betanol is where you want to get to know someone better, increase connection/trust etc. Again it is good to buffer sexuals and maybe get the lady interested in exploring the sort of “unladylike” things she won’t be doing with just anyone. Also for those “it was just meant to happen” situations, although the current cost of IH (mainly Betanol) has put people off the sort of high dose mixes that could be very effective.

Can anybody advice on what the dosages should be  
MG per spray how many sprays.

Any idea what concentrations are in IH and IO

Not really - This is where you need to do your own testing to find what dose works best for you.

For a very rough suggestion for starting out though, I would suggest you get either in the 7.5-12.5mcg per spray range and take it from there. That way you can cover a reasonable dose range with a fairly small number of sprays.

The proportions for both are about 70/30 A/B-nol for IO and vice versa for IH. The total concentrations are on the webpage for each product and its a fairly easy matter to divide down. Remember that steering will be part of the figure but that’s a minor thing compared to the primary components.
