Hello everybody 🙂 Please anyone can explain to me what for is it? What it das? I must admit that i know nothing about pheros,but I am very interested.😉 So I am curios alpha androstenol it is good for women or men? Anybody can tell me? Thank you.

I don’t think anyone is going to reply to this so I’ll try and help you out here. Take a look at this link. You’ll learn all the basics since Alpha Androstenol is part of the “Big Three”.

I am looking for few tips that [how to get bicep muscles](http://www.exercise-from-home.com/get-bigger-muscles.html). I have started body building and I wants to get muscles quickly.
