From a woman’s point of view: Alpha males are _quietly confident_, not arrogant. They know who they are. They never bully or take a one up position while putting someone else down. They are the exact opposite of a weasel. They never go behind someone’s back to salt the earth or torpedo that person, while pretending to engage them when face to face. They are _born leaders_. People naturally quiet down when they speak. They never have to raise their voices or shout. They are prone to reflection, meaning they \*really \*listen and think about what others have to say. People naturally trust that they know what to do and how to do it. They are _consensus builders_. They find the good to work with in everyone they have to deal with. They listen to everyone, then make decisions and act on them. Even when they disagree with you it is done respectfully. These guys don’t need to take away from you to be who they are. They have _true inner strength_, and never need to put someone else down or siphon power from others to puff themselves up. They are already far and away above the rest of the pack. They don’t need to climb on others to get there. They are _centered_. It is extremely hard to knock them off their center. Even when facing extreme personal adversity they have the inner strength to stay who they are. They are _consistently emotionally in control_. Because they don’t get too excited, they exude a _restful aura_ that really does engender trust from others. Hope this is helpful.
