Alright i recently ordered Instant Shine Instant Gentleman Instant Honesty [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) And i got since before Instant Openness Turn up the Heat And i’m 18 (yeah i know my age is wrong, im gona change it in time) Alright so i got this girl in my class (old story i know 😛) who i currently got a crush on.. I can talk to her and stuff like that but i’m thinking of getting to know her better and then take that dreaded step from freidnship to relationship.. =) So i’m looking for som ideas how to mix this stuff up.. I know it’s best to try it all one by one and i will do that.. I’m just owndering if u guys got any good “basic” mix ideas… She is kinda shy, but i can talk to her but often after just a while the conversation tends to stop because it isn’t going anywhere.. She likes the kind, sensitive guys (i think).. So any ideas will be great =) Thanks again.. ---

Well, you hit the nail on the head by saying that you know you should try them one at a time, until you know your sweet spot for each and the effects they have. But, we know you ain’t gonna listen and are gonna do the same phero babtism that we all do anyway, so let’s see if we can’t at least try to insure you some success. 🙂 I’m gonna say that you might want to try Instant Shine, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and Instant Openness. And most importantly, engage her and keep the conversation interesting and flowing. ---

ok great.. hm i got a fast question regarding -none. I know that this girl grew up without any dad in the family and no brother or anything so i don’t think she has been exposed to much -none during her childhood.. Does this effect how she reacts to it? ---

It’s very possible, but I don’t think anybodies really discussed that scenario around here. She should be fine with your natural None signature, but may not tolerate higher levels very well. At 18 your already producing a pretty high level of None, so I’d suggest sticking with the socials until you’re ready to move things into the bedroom, and then I’d only add a spray or so of TUTH. ---

I’m basically in the same boat as the OP (except I’m 17) and I’m just curious would it be appropriate to do sprays of ammo in social situations or is even that too much at this age. ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is well buffered and as long as you’re not spryaing on more than a couple sprays max you should be fine. Start with one spry, then two, then three. When you hit a point that you see negative results, you know you’re at or near OD level and have past your sweet spot. 🙂 I’m going to guess that 2 sprays should probably be about right for you. ---

hmm but if you by yourself buffer Turn up the heat, with like instant Gentleman instant honesty and shine? Wont that make the Turn up the heat quite innocent to? ---

Buffers don’t make Androstenone innocent, they just make it more tolerable. ---

Gentleman should give the kinda vibe that you want to put out in class - find your sweet spot and then start adding socials on top to push the mix in whatever direction you want ---

You can wear Turn up the Heat in public just as safely as you wuould ammo as long as you buffer it. I’m actually starting to prefer turn up the heat now to ammo because it gives me more flexibility. Look at it this way: 1 spray of ammo = 2.5mcg none, 2.5mcg Androsterone, 2.5mcg Alpha Androstenol 1 spray of Turn up the heat = 2.5mcg none 1 spray of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) = 12.5mcg Androsterone 1 spray of Instant Openness = 10-12mcg Alpha Androstenol + some beta. Don’t take those figures as accurate I’m only really going of what I’ve read here so it could be wrong but I think there in the right ballpark. My sweet spot for none is 5mcg but I have to buffer well whether it be ammo or turn up the heat. I’m now finding girls are much more recpetive (comfort) if I lower both my none count as well as the socials without losing any of the attraction. I used to go as high as I could with none because I didn’t want girls to miss the message but by making it more subtle girls are equally as aroused by not as threatened so my advice would be to go with 1 spray of turn up the heat and buffer with 2-3 Instant Female magic, 3 Instant Openness and some Instant Shine. Perfect.
