Hello there! I’m just taking some notes for myself here.. and for u 2 🙂 Products i have: Ammo & [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) IS & TUTH to-go’s. **Day 1 - 26.10.08** 1 Ammo, to neck. less than 1 x Instant Honesty, on left wrist. **Locations** : Train, then work **Result** : Well, I sniffed my Instant Honesty sprayed wrist a couple of times,just because i like the smell, and it definitely did its job. It got me really chatty lol, way more talkative than I usually am. I have never been like that ever before, seriously. I’m considered as a very quiet guy, naturally invisible. As for other people, they were nice to chat with, pretty talkative with me. Ammo scent faded away very quickly, so nobody complimented me about it ☹. got eye contact from passangers on train, and from co-workers and other company employees at work. (eye contact with females, of course) I usually get some eye contact without the help of pheromones 🆒 but this time i got more then usual and they seemed to take longer. **Conclusion:** I LOVE the Instant Honesty effect ! I’m finally communicating with surrounding Humans! :o 2 x Ammo next time **Day 2 - 27.10.08** 2 x Ammo, neck. 1 x IShine, neck 1 x Instant Honesty, on left wrist. Nothing spectacular ,except the normal IHonesty effect 🙂 More testing tomorrow. _Hey River, definitely unexpected but welcome benefit, can change people’s lives, in a good way._ _ **Day 3 - 28.10.08** _ _1 x Ammo, neck. then 1 x Instant Honest, neck also._ _results are as the same as Day 2’s. Well, I’ve had a weird day today .. It was a **\*[pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/)-free** long day at work, on my way back home I was getting eye-contact from almost every woman on the street.. as I mentioned before, it happens even w/o pheros, but this time it was too much. later I decided to go out with my cousin to have a drink. I also decided to [give](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/yet-another-what-should-i-get-next-thread/30393/1) Ammo another shot. **Location** : a nice Irish Bar crowd is about mid 25’s to mid 35’s. 1 x Ammo - chest 1 x IShine tg - front neck 2 x IHonesty - each forearm As we entered we walked passed a blond waitress twice, in both times she looked at me, but that’s about it. Finally we sat down right next to the entrance, I was facing the door, meaning that everyone who came in had to see me, or at least look at me. Nothing. not a single look, it was like they’re ignoring my presence. even the waitress that gave us drinks and food, avoided from looking at me and barely talked to me when I addressed her.she kept on giving attention only to my cousin :-\ Besides that, IH & IS did their job. affecting me and my cuz flawlessly. they’re great 🙂 Was it the (in)famous ghost effect ? Could it be that 1 spray of ammo is more than enough for me? ☹ so no go for instant jerk ? I need a major boost for self confidence btw, I’m sorry for any grammar\spelling mistakes. ---

I’d be surprised if 1x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is enough for you, I’m guessing it’s the 1x version? I’m no expert here, but I would try ramping up the Ammo finding the sweet spot and adding a social. Ammo is fairly well buffered also. ---

Don’t feel badly. Ammo doesn’t work for me, either. I get MUCH better luck with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) (especially Akuto scented but that is personal preference) when combined with a spray of Turn Up the Heat or Instant Jerk. Usually 3:1 Gentleman to TUTH or Jerk. Keep experimenting and you will find things that work fantastically for you. Took me a bit of time but I am having some great successes now. ---

MX302 . Got this baby last Friday along with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), Jerk(2go). and a free gift of Instant Honesty(2go) - which I already have in 30ml bottle but not complaining. Last night I sprayed 1x MX302 on front neck and went out with my regular beer buddy - my cousin - to grab a beer at a local bar. **Self Effect** : physically - my skin was burning when applying this, like an aftershave. (though I haven’t shaved for 2 days). mentally - at most times the other sex makes me nervous and I kinda tend to lightly stutter when I talk with women I don’t know, even with waitresses (I’m a shy guy.. ). this time when I told the waitress what I want to drink, I wasn’t stuttering or doing other kind of sh\*t shy guys do when we talk to the other sex. Now, I’m not sure if the MX302 supposed to do that, but something was different in my behavior, to be more exact - the way I talked. **Effect on others** : I got some looks from women when I came in to the bar, but unfortunately I sat at a cornered table where all of the action was behind my back. Other than that, 2 weird things happened: 1) A waitress asked us if we want another drink, we declined(work night..). but instead of moving on to another customer she just stood there and started to chat with us for a couple of minutes, until some other customer called her. 2) Later, when we were about to leave, the shift manager(HB7) walked passed us and said: “I’ll be right back to sit with U guys!”. of course we said Yes, and had a nice small talk with her for about 10 mins. (note: we hang out at this bar a lot but we only know her in a “Hi! - Bye” way). Again, I’m not sure that was a MX302 hit. but we’ve been at this bar tens of times, and the staff has never preferred hanging out with us over doing their job. that was totally not ordinary. **Overall** , Interesting results. though I couldn’t notice any IOI’s from both women. It was like my cousin had more attention from the ladies than me. probably because he’s more talkative.. He wasn’t near me when I sprayed myself with pheros. I still need to test this stuff alone before I add Instant Honesty (It will get me to talk for sure 😛 ). Today : without any shower since the MX302 application, I sprayed 1x Instant Gentleman, front neck, to work. Scent faded away quickly after going out, I guess its the hot weaher(31.0 °C) and high humidity(71%) that cause this. **Self Effect:** A bit more more self confident, in a “chin up, face forward” kind of way. usually Im walking with my face down, eyes lowered. weird, I know. ☹ Also, a huge smile appeared on my face as I entered the office, and I hate this job! lol (but I love the people there 🙂 ) **Effect on others** : As I entered the office everyone in there noticed me and my big smile and greeted me with hello. at most days only some of them say “hi” while the others are busy with their own work. besides that I got extra attention from 3 other ladies, and 1 co-worker(HB7, 30yo) who I have a crush on kept flirting with me every chance she could 😛. she also said I looked different today. she couldn’t say exactly what, but it’s in a good way. Awesome. note: I know she likes me very much, unfortunately only as a friend ☹. I am a Nice Guy, and she’s into Jerks. also, she’s seeing some1. Thanks for reading, To Be Continued .. Al. ---

Last night I was invited to a friends’ house, she’s a 40yo lesbian, and a coworker of mine. she told who’s gonna be there, among them was “S”, other coworkers and 3 chicks I didn’t know . so after a great [hit](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mx302-hit-work/31127) i got from S that day at work using MX302 , I decided I must be there. I used Snoopyace’s advice (thanx!) and sprayed : 1x I-Jerk (togo) on chest. 2x [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) on top of that. and one more IG on front neck. **Self Effect:** self confident (FTW!), a bit aggressive **Hits I’ve noticed:** - I managed to stand up against an alpha chick who couldn’t believed her ears when I said NO so aggressively when we argued about something. at work she thinks Im a nice guy who won’t say no for an answer. - got a DIHL look from one of the chicks I didn’t know. - My lesbian friend who just love to touch my hair, was a lil’ bit more touchy, I was a bit frightened from the way she gripped my abs 😮 - My personal space got violated by S. she was standing so close to me when we talked, I almost got [boob poked](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/first-time-wearing-instant-gentleman-just-got-boob-poked/31101)(:p) by her, and had to take a step back. thinking about it later, taking a step was a mistake. ☹ I love that stuff ! Boss my Boss ! 7 Years later, this stuff is still pure awesomeness. My '09 products still works! EDIT: Just realized it’s actually a 2014 IG So I had this meeting with my big boss - An alpha male in his mid 40’s. used to be an army officer, so he knows how to give orders, and he’s very persuasive. He asked me to work from home and be available on the phone 24/7 to the bigger bosses. I told him my work contract says differently, and tried to resist as much as I can, but he just dismissed every point I made and simply set a fact that I’m gonna do it no matter what. He knows I’m a Yes-Man and naive. I decided I cant let it be that easily. went home to double check my work contract, guess what? my boss is wrong. The next day, Hoping my '09 IG still works after not been using it for years, I sprayed twice on my neck. I stepped in his office again but this time I was armed and ready. He couldn’t believe that I said “NO” so strictly, “I’m sorry, it’s not in my contract, and I’m not going to do it”. He got pissed, tried to convince me and even threatened to fire me, but this time I was the one who dismissed EVERY point he made - Like a BOSS! Also, I got tons of respect from my manager, who surprisingly supported me and said he appreciate the way I stand up for myself. We had a couple of long talks about it and he even shook my hand! these things have never happed before with him! This isn’t over, I’ll have to meet him again, and even with bigger bosses in order to set things right, rest assured I’ll be armed again. TL;DR: 2x '14 IG to neck **Self-effect:** confidence boost **Effect on others:** huge amount of respect from my big boss and my manager. ---

Sprayed x2.5 IG on my neck, and went off to work. While I was chatting with a girl(an alpha chick) in my office, another (beta) girl who sits next to her, suddenly tells me that I look good with a beard (1 month old, but trimmed and maintained), and that she likes it. I said thank you and moved on. A couple of hours later she literally yells to one of our co-workers: “Look how sexy Al is with his beard!” I played it cool and just smiled.. but deep within I was “DAAAAMN!” She’s got a nice face and body, and I wouldn’t mind having sex with her, But it would be weird if I’d hit on her, or ask her out. TBH I’m not really attracted to her, I think it’s because I don’t like her personality. In 3 years of working with her, we’ve only had work related conversations. no small talks or flirting. 2x [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) tg , 1x TUTH tg @ work Not a good mix for me, at least not for work. I was ghosting af - Women avoided eye contact, men avoided conversations probably because I intimidated them. And I was way too aggressive with users that asked for my help. Also, the akuto scent was too strong for me and made me feel uncomfortable around people. Two days before that I wore 1 shot of mx297, and got some nice balant hits so I’m gonna stick with that for a while and keep the -none products I have for different scenarios. ---

I typically use TUTH or Enone at 2.5MCG for work, but I usually have to use P96 to moderate it or P74 to soften it a little. P75 could also at low doses be an alternative down the road if that interests you. Definitely TUTH needs something else to make it useable without a doubt. How is the [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) going with work for an environment? ---

Thanks for the advice! actually for the past couple of days I’ve been searching the forum for info about [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/), I’m going to look for P96 as well. So far I’ve tried the mx297 only twice, the first time was pretty nice. The problem is with the girl I’m targeting, she sits at the other side of the room, about 65~ feet away from me, and kinda self concentrated with her own business (more social media and online shopping than work). I need to find a way to get her into my phero cloud without being a stalker or a creep. ---

Why not just walk up to her at coffee break and strike light chitchat, that’s not creep material? [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) works better for fun settings (party, club, bars) than work, but I’m curious to see what you can get with it at work.
