# Alter ego or AMMO?

Alter Ego seems to be 2 parts None to one part Rone and 1.5 parts Nol. Whereas [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is equal parts of all three making it imo more well buffered and versatile.

Usually the best way to avoid a None OD is to have more socials in terms of total mcg than None. Alter Ego has more none than anything else and thus imo would likely be easier to OD on if used as a standalone.
