63 degrees inside my house, chilly sunny beautiful day 1 spray IS/B 1 IH 1 IO 1 IS Yesterday was wonderful, very busy and happy day. Went to water park with my daughter, and had a good time. Only hit that was for sure related to pheremones yesterday was a teen aged, moderately disabled boy, about seventeen, who came and sat right by me and continued to talk to me ( in sign language, my daughter interpreted) He was apparently at the level of a young child, because he wanted to talk about pets and games and his favorite thing was to listen to tapes of music on his tape player. He got into my space quite a bit and his direct care worker was so surprised because he sat and talked with me for a long time and he is usually shy. TODAY: Feeling great, getting work done, joining a YMCA this morning so I have a place to go work out in winter before I go to work. House work going along but very very slowly. Hope that today they get some more done, there is bright sunshine out today so no reason why they would not be able to be here hopefully. I’m going to post on adventures at gym when I get home. right now, love the feeling I get all energetic with my pheremones.😃 For me it is mostly about the social pheremones, especially my favorite IO. IS is a ‘fun’ pheremone that makes me feel silly, giddy and energetic, but today silly is just fine! I stick to just one spray of IS at a time, two is an OD for me.😃:o 9:am, went to Y, joined, worked out about an hour and a half. Treated very nicely by staff. In locker room several other women I did not know started chatting to me , in gym several other women started chatting to me, in aerobic room several men started chatting to me! This must be the chat mix special for me!! I stopped off at a store and bought some clothing for work, and when I stepped in, up cane a very nice woman who works there, I have been there before and have shopped with my daughter, so she greeted me, and then started to tell me all about her husband and son and life in general until a different employee sorta grabbed me and pulled me to the dressing room , and then it was her turn to talk! What a day! I had applied 1x spray IH 1x spray IO 1x spray IS after gym shower, so the pheremones must have kicked in and caused them to all talk! Interestingly I noticed when shopping that I have lost enough weight ( pheremones seem to take some of my hunger away) and wear one size smaller. That seems great to me! ---

Past two days I have been working like mad, so I will go over both of them IO 2 sprays torso IS 1 spray back of neck up at 5:30, training is an hour away, so rushed to make sure I arrived on time, had class after class all day, 1/2 hr break, worked from 8 am to 8 pm, met various staff and other new employees, and did everything we cood form soup to nuts-ids, photos, background checks, benefits. Each point a fe hours later a diferent dept arrived and went over new stuff, head was spinning after the first six hours. I feel that the pheremones show me off to my best advantage, I felt confident and not as shy as I usually would be in such crowds. I had several compliments about my understanding of some legal issues they were addressing , and answered some complex questions well enough to be introduced to the Top boss-CEO after classes, who questioned me for about ten minutes, then praised me! I was given additional hours to put me over into half time status so I qualified for more benefits. I wore out after the sixth hour or so, and did not reapply pheremones. Our agency has a 'no fragrance" policy, re ADA, and the policy is that if someone can smell your scent, they may request that you no longer wear any. This is due to chemical sensitivities, ect, and not uncommon in not for profit human services/advocacy programs, so i will need to be very careful about scent. Went to bed proud of my self and head full of all of the details I will need to address. I couldnt sleep at all, making list after list of what I will need to get organized to be sucessful there. I love the og and agency, just love it, professional, dedicated, a bit radical, bright people. Hope to keep up with them all. day two, exhausted from lack of sleep, more training, same pheremone mix, got to training early to get some paperwork completed, job very self directed, but I think I accomplished enough to feel I can do it. Met and greeted, tried to get enough business cards to understand who does what there, tried to make some new friends. Lorts of self directed computer based training, and huge amounts of memorizing minute legal issues today so I can reall them well enough to be able to use the info. Each state has their own laws and acronyms to recall, and after the first four hours of go ing over legal documents I was beat. Wound up filling up with coffee, and rereading some paperwork several times until I got it. There are proctored tests after each unitl, scored 100% on each test, which made me proud in one case because it had some questions which required my knowing name/date/law and result in litigation and I aced it. kewl. Again I felt as if i was more outgoing when freshly pheremoned, more withdrawn after the scent faded away. I was always feeling competent, but it eased the social stuff for me. I am worried about the no scent policy though. House construction went so well while I was gone, exterior done except retaining wall on one area, brought my great construction crew ice cream cookies to celebrate all that was accomplished yipee! Now so tired I am really not able to drive safely, after two sleepless nights, so will crash soon. hope I can sleep tonight an not stress. I think the job will be great, suits me, and I think I will be able to move into full time there in a few years, with the right training, I signed up for more, and will also do some classes just for fun although not required. Very very sleepy. sort of hungry, hardly ate today, just drank coffee which does not agree with me cause I get wired and only drink in emergencies. So, social pheros and peraps I may order on scented in future. gnite still cnt sleep watchin anime…sleeeeppppppyyyyy theme songs in Japanese playing in head gonnd be strange dreams… ---

Hon, that’s just going to leave the mones - without a mitigating factor on the smell and mones alone STINK. Like B.O. My suggestion is to leave the building for lunch and reapply during your break. Then you’ll be all good. ---

Even if it is just getting away for ten minutes it will do me good. I will search around to find a corner that will work well to hide away for ten minutes or so on snow days. Usually I will be out in the field any way,so I can put it on when I get into the car. Now the biggest challenge is not to become a ‘fast food’ kinda person, because the 20 hr job is going to have lotsa overtime! I have already had one twelve hour day, but as long as I am getting hourly, OK w me for now. ---

I know what you mean about the problems using scented stuff at work, I had the same issues working in a health care environment - scents are generally frowned upon as patients may have sensitivities to them. I really like having the option of unscented. Though AD is now experimenting with something called “stealth” which, from my understanding, is less obtrusive than the usual “lightly fragranced”. ---

5:30 IH 1 spray toro IO one spray torso IS/B 1 spray torso Exterior construction done! Now to inside. Lots of chores, day off. When going to my mailbox a neighbor stopped by right after I sprayed, boy, did we chat. Now take into account that this neighbor and I do not know each other, but for seven years she has jogged by with her dog and I have said hi when I saw her. That was it. She seemed nice and friendly but we just kept our distance, although we knew a liuttle about each other. Well she finally exploded with information, about everybody and I mean everybody, to the point of being scared, cause she was such a gossip that I am certain now she must gossip about me too! I heard about seven years of stuff tat she never had told me about, including all sorts of stuff she should not have told me, sich as: neighbors owe money, and bankrupt other neighbor abused wife, divorced snother neighbor had seperated who moved who was in paper or broke laws or had trouble and , joy of joys the really really awful neighbor moved- awful meaning he was crazy and took gunshots off his back porch when drunk and his scared wife cowered, till she left and divorced him. I finally heard what ther cr4azy things he did around other people, i thought I was the oonly one who thought he was a psychopath but it turned out he scared everyone in many ways and they were all so very glad he left. The IH did cause me to gossip as well, which I make it a point not to do, but se was so very happy telling me everything and I was so very happy the psychopath had left that I chatted about an hour with her, while her dog wrapped herself around her leg. It astonished me how happy I was gossiping, usually much too shy to say boo. ---

Getting ready for hurricane, I will get back to posting after it is over, wish us some good luck, Hope nothing breaks or falls on house. 😃 I have to get every thing ship shape here and away from shore, tied down and tucked in. I have lots of water and food ready, so we should be fine , I usually lose power, but I hear that this one will be bad so we are going to stay away from the coast and stay in the hills, the main concern I have is damage from downed trees and power lines. ---

Got through safe and sound, some downed trees and lack of power for a while but my house is cozy and safe and now has power! My house is one of the few here that has some power so I am the happy host of a few friends and family who will come home here after work to shower and eat and camp out till they have their power back. It ought to take a few days. Today was such a beautiful day that it is hard to imagine the storm yesterday. My pets all huddled together, even the cat who is so aloof wanted to snuggle up on the bed with us. we read good books and ate junk food and slept through the storm. I lost a few trees and a few tree limbs but no damage to speak of.😃 See ya Irene. ---

Thank you for thinking of us! We are doing great! power may take a week or so, but my family and friends are all squared away, and we have some shelters set up here too for neighbors i dont know as well. This morning my son got me up at 4 am 😮😠😮 because he wanted an early ride to school, and a very early start. Unfortunately he takes after me- worried all night about school today, and got there a half hour early to be ready. Poor kid, I suggested pheremones, when he wants em. I gave him some ammo, but so far he wont spray it on, he does not want to be artificial. He is almost eighteen, and quiet/shy/hard working/creative kinda kid that marches to his own drum. today: 4:30 am 1 spray IO 1 spray IS/B I stopped by a local place which is such a small town store- in small towns the gas stations grow into a store over time that carries supplies for tourists, stuff you need that you do not want to drive a half hour to get, a place to eat, and a place to sit and chat. sells items like lightbulbs and soap, as well as groceries, ice, lanterns, gas, and has a hand made table with eight seats where locals can get any type of food cooked that they want and he has on hand, and are served with real plates and forks. I had a veggie omelet, and toast, two egg style, the payment is sorta catch can-they look at what it is made of and guess what it may be costing them if it is not listed above the counter. Above the counter they have a huge list of mostly fried food , pizza and burgers, but if you ask you can have any thing cooked when ever you want it, how you want it. Early morning all that eat there are nurses, farmers, fishermen, lobstermen and construction guys, occasionally a hunter. When you sit down you get that New England sorta nod, and if you start to chat they open right up and tell; you all about how the day is going, but if you nod back, they keep to themselves. tanned and wrinkled and wearing worn out clothing, and useful shoes that they can walk about in all weather. Most of them pleased that Irene was not so bad here. Vermont sure was hammered though. The fishermen go out sometimes for weeks and come back with lotsa cash, they are usually paid in cash, and some of the younger guys spend like crazy till they go out again. The older and wiser eat at little places that are like this local place where you can eat for a few dollars and read the paper in peace. I feel completely at home there. early morning people dominated the early morning laundromat with wet storm items, had mountain to fold, we had a neighborhood landromat get together, I saw people I have never met in this tiny town.Very friendly man, 85, sat and chatted all about his life, and over time we were joined by about twenty people, all without power and all talking about the storm, school, kids, and the local school system. I joined in, comfortably,sharing a little, but mostly listening to local news. IO resulted in a comfortable and relaxed feeling for me. IO is my favorite pheremone, I feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to share but do not feel the need to spill inforation the way I do with IH, which tends to make me more cheerful and outgoing, silly, and more chatty. IO is just more relaxed for me. Laundry took several hours. I am not working today so it is now 12:30 and I added 1 spray IO relaxed and happy, other than the extra work cleaning up from the storm. 🙂 ---

5:30 dresse smartly for my business meeting and wore 1 spray IO 1 spray IS Went to office worried that the scent would be too strong, but it was OK so far. Meeting went very well, they requested I obtain a specific certification and conditional license in order to take on a promotional job as supervisor!!! I hd just started this position a few weeks ago so it took me by surprise, however in social work/education places there is a lot of turn over in positions, and so it may not be that strange to get promoted so quickly. This promotion would give me even better pay as well as a few more hours, so I hope I get the conditional license, it is a month long process and requires board approval, and the right credentials, always tricky, cause my BA is not in the field. Well hope and see I guess. 🆒 It is so tricky to get these certifications, i have to jump through hoops and each state has different hoops to jump through. Wish me luck and send happy thoughts this way too.🙂 Pheremones made them receptive and want to be helpful to me but the bottom line is some bureaucrat downtown and the amount of flexability they hold in their understanding of the laws involved which are not specific. Still I will try because why not? ---

Thank you, now I need to get that piece of paper…crazy stuff, to get the liscense they want three current references, two from licensed social workers from a job this year, but I have not worked long enough to get references at this job, so I will have to figure out what to do…the list of stuff I will need to mail in is a page long, now I need to find a way to do it and without their help even though they requested that I do it…🙂 so the trick is to find two social workers who know me enough to give me this reference, however my last job was teaching and I was around only teachers.
