# Ammo 2x and Instant Shine

Do you guys think one spray of ammo 2x and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a good place to start for someone in there mid-30s? Split between chest and wrists to spread them out a little. I also have most of the instant line to use as well.

That’s a safe starting point. IShine compliments [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) nicely. You could probably even use 2 shots of it. I’ve put on as much as 12 shots with no ill effects, but since you’re new to the products, it’s best to keep your first applications on the conservative side. Especially the Ammo, since it’s 2x. Use 1 shot a few times to see what happens before going to 2 or more.

Thanks. I figured since I’m getting to be an “old fart” by todays standards, I could up the amounts just a little. I don’t want to over do it as “less is more” with some things. Not like I feel old. I could care less! HA! Sometimes i think I act like a kid.😃

This is a great starting place. Keep in mind that you’re not wearing the Ammo to smell sophisticated…you’re wearing the Ammo because it works 🙂 I wear IS all the time, it’s like a shower-in-a-bottle…I feel really fresh after applying.
