So i been lurking the forum so far and i heard that Androstenone can build up and it can have some negative effects. I bought Ammo to start off since this is my first time using pheromones. Any ways what are the best ways to avoid this build up. Tell me your experiences please. discuss. And also. OR would you guys recommend something else like maybe “[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)” to avoid the hassle of worrying about the build of Androstenone in Ammo? And cant i just wash “instant openness” off with regular soap? ---

You can wash the none off too. Get some witches hazel, or some hand sanitizer and scrub the app point, then bathe real good with some soap. Ammo and IO are two completely different products and have completely different results, so it’s not so much of use this instead of that kind of answer because it depends upon what it is you’re trying to accomplish. Ammo is an attraction product. Now that doesn’t just limit it to sexual attraction, you can use it to come off attractive period. It has the none but using other [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) it is buffered and steered in a way so it’s not sexually aggressive. IO can make you attractive in that people will want to talk to you. Sometimes people use ammo and IO together as well as a number of other combos to produce a certain set of results. For example my work mix is: A314 for respect + Ammo to make me attractive + IH for bonding and being trustworthy. So for us to better help you, tell us what it is you are trying to achieve, what are your short, mid and long term goals for your pheromone use? ---

Im happy with either one, so a choice at this point is not really hard. actually, if you’re needing something for confidence etc., then you might want to consider A314. While it is expensive it is worth it. There’s months worth of product in one bottle. ---

Oh and wanted to add, if you can’t afford A314 maybe IG.
