I have received IG, IO and IH and will be testing them for the first time soon. I couldn’t find anything on what IG contains. Does it contain androsterone? If so would it be too much using it with ammo? I don’t want to OD. Is it better to use either ammo or IG? ---

Yes it contains erone. Using it with ammo is OK, I haven’t heard of an erone OD before. It depends on what you’re looking to do and what setting you are doing it in. ---

For being around friends etc it sounds like IG may be better without ammo and mixed with IS, IO or IH for this. Whereas you would use ammo for dates and going to bars and not IG. ---

Ammo/IG is a good combo - Remember that the steering in IG is light/social/youthful, so its a good smart/dashing status feel as opposed to A314’s maturity and solidity. And yes, you can OD on rone - Which tends to be a boring/funky-uncle type vibe but you don’t get that with IG - or not in any sensible dose. In fact I took Ammo (2 of 2X)/IG (3) out just recently and the solid hits over a wide age range that came thick and fast the whole afternoon reminded me just how useful this oft-overlooked combo can be. Still, a couple of sprays IS can be very useful in there and [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/IG has given solid results around younger women for me. ---
