Couldn’t really locate an answer by searching the forums. What is the difference in strength between regular ammo cologne and the double strength ammo cologne? If you usually use 2 sprays of regular strength would you in turn use only 1 spray of the double strength? Any insights would be appreciated! ---

Yes, 2 sprays of regular strength [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) = 1 spray of double strength Ammo. Double strength Ammo is suitable for older guys who produce less natural androstenone than younger guys. Or for younger guys who want to attract cougars only and who don’t mind that the higher -enone levels will push most young girls away. ---

Yes. If you have found your dose and it works out, Heavy Ammo is a good economy and scent control measure. 29 is around the age where the 2X products become very viable. The dose for Heavy is 5mcg per spray of each component - None, Alphanol and Rone, standard Ammo is 2.5mcg of each per spray. You might need to pay a little more attention to maximising your diffusion with Heavy, to offset any potential reduction in diffusion from fewer app points. ---

Mobocaster- Can you elaborate a little more on what you mean by maximizing your diffusion? I usually spray on the upper neck area or behind the ears. ---

I also ordered some [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/)- is that in the same class as Instant Shine (social) or A314/ammo which you can OD with too many sprays? In that case is it ok to combine Instant Gentleman with the Double Strength Ammo or A314? Also a quick thought- the spray bottles seem to have intermittent issues. I pressed the bottle against my skin earlier and pushed down fully and it seemed almost nothing was sprayed. I then had to reapply another spray holding the bottle a couple inches away. Just an observation that the designs of the bottle may cause insufficient sprays which cause you to maybe overcompensate and add another spray- thereby throwing your whole combination off. ---

Its a status product - although IG is more smart/social compared to A314. You can OD on it, yes but its a different sort of response with IG compared to socials (babbling/best friend), sexuals (aggressive/standoffish/creepy/too horny), or A1 (best friend/just cuddly) Rone OD tends to be “too good”, remote, “better than everyone else” kind of thing, so again, starting with the 1x and finding your best dose before committing to 2x is the way forward. And yes, Ammo/IG is an excellent combination that can be used quite freely, esp around younger women who tend to tune-in to social/smart/status well. You do need to press the pump a bit to charge it when first using a bottle and after it has sat for a while. By pressing gently before committing to a spray, you should feel it charge - the resistance increases slightly. Don’t hold it right against your skin - A few inches away will give a better effective coverage. But if there is a fault, you should raise a support ticket. ---

Thanks! You seem to have a lot of knowledge so another question if I may. Is it recommended to take days off during the week with no pheromone usage? The reason I asked is that I got very impressive results from a combo of 1 spray A314, 1 spray unscented ammo cologne and 2 sprays instant shine last week and over the weekend. However yesterday seemed to almost be the opposite- people seemed distant. I can’t really explain such a contrast in results- except maybe there is a build up in the body of these extra [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) if used every day? Also one day I used the A314 twice, the first application was completely wiped away before reapplying. Even so good results both in the morning and at night. However the stark contrast now is very puzzling… Any thoughts? ---

I’d say it is a good idea to take a periodic day-off, yes. Not so much because of buildup/negative effects, which is only really an issue with a very small number of pheromones (e.g. A1, Meo-Est) but to help keep you int touch with yourself and to give a break/clean-up of any buildup between radically different mixes. Once a week is a good idea but I’m as guilty as anyone else of skipping off-days until I absolutely decide I want/need a day or two off. Last Saturday was the most recent one - when I fell-out on the garden and jobs around the house, so gloriously antisocial! 😃 ---

I agree 100%. Any ideas why the different results from one day to another? Also I tried a different combo 2 sprays of ammo cologne unscented regular strength and 2 sprays instant shine today. Nothing at all- no noticeable effects. The only real results I’ve seen is with A314 involved but that one seems to either be really good or too much- no middle ground.
