Hello everyone! Just ordered AMMO and used it the first day. it was pretty weird. Guys seem to act a little aggresive towards me, not sure if anyone experienced this. I used one spray to start off with. The second day I have two sprays, people are nice but nothing out of the ordinary. I have had better results with pherx. I’ll use it for a month and see how it goes. ---

hey chokra, well ammo is good, dont give up on yet, it take a week or so for you really start to see any results, your 33 so i think with one spray you didn’t OD…did you order any [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Instant Openess, if not they act as a great buffer in junction with the shine, where are you spraying at? Ive been using pheros for about a month now and i have gotton some pretty good results, but i have also gone somedays with no hits at all. Im a 32 yr old wht male and can get away with aleast 4 shots of ammo but I also use that with 5-6 shots of shine, anyways keep testing your product, you’ll find the right doseage and your sweet spot…good luck 😃 ---

Hello Chokra, I am sorry that so far you are disappointed with your results with AMMO but I am happy to see that you plan on using it for a month and then reevaluate your experiences. Please keep in mind some things when it comes to pheromone use as it’s not plug and play and what might for one user may not work for another. Keep this points in mind when using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) on a whole: 1. Pheromones are a tool, we are carrying it. Let the pheromones work for you, not the other way around. You have a unique pheromone signature as we all do and we must find out which pheromones best suit are already present unique signature in correlation. It’s the enhancement of your actions and demeanor so use it to your benefits as best you can. Try to get your actions and the way you carry yourself to reflect your pheromone signature. 2. Less is more in terms of sprays,usage, etc. Start small in terms of dosage before applying more. Also be patient, pheromones are not instant blatant hits. One mistake some individuals make is to look for blatant hits that are easily obvious, what I learned from the start is that is very rare to see so I work on becoming a better reader of body language looking for small hits and take things from there once they are presented. Sometimes (actually most of the time) all you may get is a subtle hint of interest. You can either brush that off or capitalize on that as your sign to advance. Pheromones will not put them in your arms magically and it’s all about the user as he/she is the prime ingredient of their mix. 3. Never be discouraged, from a slow bummed night to a big mistake. Many users at this amazing community are getting hits left and right and I personally think it may mislead others included myself in the very beginning (no offense to any individual) as if pheromones are instantaneous in terms of effects. The effects are as effective as how we perceive and notice them. Don’t be afraid to go out even after you seem nothing happened or you felt that no one was effected by the pheromones you wore. Individuals can be affected and not show any signs at all. 4. Consistency is a must when it comes to general pheromone usage, I run a mix that became my staple for over 6 months and still I can experience new things and learn from it’s usage everyday. Some users can find their sweet spot (amount of pheromones needed to potentially have the best effects) in a short amount of time of testing while others really have to go extensive and tweak on a regular basis. The mixing and field testing will only help enhance your skills as a pheromone user. Through my usage I gained a higher sense of awareness around me and my skills of reading body language and recognizing subtle hits have vastly improved. I gained a better idea of how this mix works for me and affects those around me. This is a result of consistency as I ran the same mix extensively over a period of time. Always remember that nothing is turnkey and automatic success, the experimentation part of pheromone usage is by far one of the most fun parts of the entire experience. To go out every time you wear a mix and don’t know what to expect makes things more brighter to look forward to. Don’t forget that Ammo contains androstenone and it can be quite sticky so be sure to take pheromone breaks as pheromones especially none (androstenone) can have a residual buildup upon consecutive use and applications. I personally take 2-3 days off either all broken up in between my week or in a stretch as an off period from pheromones as a means to be fresh and clean for the next week not risking building especially with none. If i buildup none over lets say 3 days and spray on the 4th, the current spray from lets say [AMMO](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) will give off [androstenone](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) while the none residue gives off some more, making it possible to attract the wrong age group of targets and not having the positive effects of pheromones due to an OD. Negative effects and reactions can occur as well as the ghost effect where no one notices you at all. I hope you stick with your plan of using AMMO for a whole month. Here is something worthy of a try. I have been using [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for about a year with mixed results. I found the ‘hits’ too few and far between. However, this all changed when I sprayed 1-2 sprays on my hair. For some reason, this seems to work much much better for me! Don’t know why but the hits are obvious and fairly frequent. Try it out and let us know how it works. Good Luck!!! 😃 ---

Good Luck!!! 😃 Hi, as a medical student i have had some toughts about this, cause i have read that ppl has got more hits when they spray phero’s in their hair for some reason And i think that the cause is that every hair has a tallow gland connected to them, they activly secrete tallow under the day/night (thats why we get greasy hair and need to wash it regulary), and i think that this can give an enhanced effect when its mixed with the pheromones. The tallow also contains other body fluids and substances that counteract bacterias. I hope that this awnser can help you out, even though im not 100% sure about it, this is just my own toughts and speculations. ---

I am physically boosted to the max. 100% **raw** organic/wild vegan(bee products, krill oil), 6 foot 6, my hormones are ooozing, yhea, my body smells like pure androstenone all the time because of all the maca extract i consume (100g per day!!! The equivalent to 200 capsules of extract or 500 capsules of regular maca every day). My natural pheromone production is such in overdrive that i actually shaved my arm pits because the arm pit hair had accumulated my natural [pheromone oils](https://a314.com/product-category/oil-pheromones/) to a point of having to be shaved off. I kept getting excessive wimpy competition from other males, where the guy always ends up being laughed at, or, excessive “give me orders” from other males or “oh my gosh, better avoid this guy, he could kill me if i screw up”.
