# Ammo & IH only

Oh ya definitely p83 if you have it, and A1. 25mcgs of either should be fine, but of course you’ll want to use your own sweet spot if you have it figured out for those molecules. I’m sure there are plenty of other mones that are great for connecting with her that way, but all I can tell you is mere speculation based off posts you already have no doubt read.
