# Ammo, Instant Female Magic And Instant Shine How many sprays how many ways?

Hey everybody,  
Finally decided on Ammo, instant shine and instant female magic. Is there an appropriate ratio of sprays between these three for optimal effects?  
If I use Ammo as a standalone how many sprays to achieve airborne aphrodisia. If I use [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as a standalone how many sprays? And What can I realistically expect? any good stories? Thanks everybody

Hey Molecul. Questions like these should be posted in the Men’s forum. The intro thread is just to introduce yourself. You will get more answers in the mens section as that is frequented by veteran phero users.

My reccomendation would be to start with one pray of each product on its own the first day then add another spray the second and another the third, until you find your sweet spot. Dont mix the products until you see how each product effects you and those around you.

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is great standalone, so you should start with one or two sprays and see what kind of results you get. It is balanced enough but don’t spray pass 2 when you first get it.

You should test ishine and ifm by themself too, and see how many spray you like better. You can easily go over 2 or 3 sprays for Ishine since there won’t be any negative effect. It is not the case for ifm for many guys, it makes them a little depressed, so spray it behind your head for less self effect!
