hey i just wanna know if there is a difference in IFM and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). i have ifm but dont know if i should get ammo later in the month. please help! ---

completely different products. both equal in quality and effects but entirely different in composition and use. ---

Ammo != to IFM IFM is a pheromone mix that will help relax or calm women. It also helps to calm moody, grumpy or pissy ladies (typically during certain parts of their cycle) (also known to cause depressive self-effects in some men) Ammo is a [Pheromone Cologne](https://a314.com/shop/) for men, designed to cause mild arousal or interest in women and get you noticed in a social setting. both are balanced, and wear well in social, private and work settings. What other Pheromone sprays do you have? Personally I like Ammo, and wear it on an almost daily basis. whereas I wear IFM on occasions, like when I am around my mother and she can be moody at times, and IFM makes a big differance in her “everything in the world agitates me” moods. Still trying to get dad to try it, but haven’t found a good way to get him to try it. ---

yep what woofie said. ammo stimulates attraction and instant female magic has a calming effect on women. ---

i got, IS IO TUTH and thats it for me to work with right now. still tryin out IO but no luck so far. cant find my spot yet. ---

you might try 2-3 sprays of IO and a couple of blots of TUTH. (unscrew the sprayer and wipe the spray tube behind your ear, or turn the bottle over on a finger and wipe the damp finger to the back of your ear, I prefer to use the spray tube as an applicator to save waste) Or even one spray TUTH. Just a little spike of hornyness to your mix, that might kick the IO into action. ---

what kinda experince do you have with IFM and TUTH and IO? any kind of answer or sumthin you had would be great. anybody… ---

I think i should try IFM and TUTH tmr. sounds really good right now. could be a good choice for me. will do reporting later when it is finished testing through next week.
