Hi Nafiro! Good to hear you’ve got your arsenal started!!! 😃 Check this out: [YOUR sweet spot!](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146/1) Much hinges on what results you are expecting and your age for amounts in the application. But, generally, from what I’ve read, here would be my suggestions: For respect from others and being the cool guy in class with a hint of sexual tension(that’s the AMMO talking): IG x 2 Sprays - Wrists and Neck Ammo x 1 Spray - \* IG seems to have the most obvious effects on yourself and others. For meeting up with the girls after class, in a social setting. Though IJ is potent and is better used in a one on one setting. Ammo x 2 IJ X 2 Or you could go for a more all around cool guy: IG x 1 AMMO x 2 (\*Wrists and forearms affect other people more often and Neck affects you more) '‘Socials’ such as Instant Shine, Instant Open, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) are very good all around, any time, usage. Tell us how it went!!! --- _[View the full topic](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/ammo-instant-gentleman-instant-jerk/42369)._
