Read the **Application Points** sticky in Mens - in fact **read** **all the stickies**. They cover all the basics of phero use well. 🙂

Also add to that the fact that some pheros dont wash out of clothes easily at all and once you toss that shirt in the drier… well you’ll probably want to donate it to goodwill… If they will take it since it will probably reek and not in a good way.

All the information you will need can be found here on this forum.

Over the years the collective knowledege has been built from scientific and field research.
I am biased towards this forum, but only because the advice and information found here has been tried and tested and any potential B.S. is challenged.

Pheromones need to be in contact with your skin as they are Reactive Agents.
Personally I find the hair is an excellent site for I Shine.

I have recently started using Ammo and found it took a few days for me to settle into it and become congruent with it.
Try some of the suggestions and stick with them for at least a few days/ evenings out before trying changing things.
