# ammo/ IS/ IH - then wait an hr. and add tal/tah - very good

**Ammo/ IShine/ [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) - 1 spray of each**  
**afternoon picnic**  
**applied to wrists then neck over each other and after dry down**  
**TAL / Tah appied over this and back of neck 3 hrs. later**

so took another girl out on the town. my trusty potent and sexual combo. of Ammo/ IShine / IH was starting to work its magic with its customary combo. of sexuality and comfort.

i found adding tal and tah, 1 at 2.5mcg spray of each, gave me potent self-effects in terms of charismatic conversation and behaviours. not sure if it added to the sexuality of the ammo…and the IH does enough of a job on its own to buffer and comfort the -none in Ammo, as well as extend its sexuality through adding a comfort elelment, but i like the tal and tah for its self-effects. not sure if it added to the comfort or sexuality, just self-effects. [tal/ tah residual on another occasion, when combined with Ammo residue did seem very sexual though]
