Hey now, got my first order in yesterday…fast delivery. I got togo sizes of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS, and IO. To me Ammo smells like Cool Water cologne and when I add IS and IO it doesn’t change much. Anyone else notice this? Anybody asks what I’m wearing I’m tellin’ 'em Cool Water. I do own and wear Cool Water. 😉

Unless the formulas are different either side of the pond, which I doubt, Ammo smells **nothing like** Cool Water! The only thing the scents have in common is the clean/astringent element.

And I also own and occasionally wear it, however CW is the mature man’s eqivalent of Lynx/Axe in my part of the UK, I don’t take it out that often - I prefer to smell a bit different from everyone else. 🙂

Green Irish Tweed is closest to Ammo that I’ve yet smelled.

Hey, not to argue, but different noses smell scents differently. I don’t know if we have the same formula…I just know what I smell. I like Kourous…some people hate it. Some say it smells dirty, sweaty, animalic…to me it smells like incense. To me Creed GIT smells like Cool Water…and I am not the only one who smells the similarity. Do a search on basenotes. Yes, Cool Water is a bit ubiquitous…but way better than any axe spray. I own Cool Water and wear it a few times a month…I have about 30 different bottles of cologne. Most ladies like Cool Water so thats just fine with me. I’m no expert…I just know what I smell and what I like. Thanks for your opinion.

Oh, no argument - I just disagree with you but that’s all fine! 😃

Yes, GIT, Cool Water and Ammo in F21 do have common elements in their smell. Which are the ones I’d describe as clean/astringent. I’m not up on full-on cologne terminology. I have to say that I find Ammo in [World Edition](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/world-edition/) - F22 scent is my favoured version ans sits better with EU cologne sensibillities but AD recently pulled that one, so it will be a custom scent next time because F21/CW/GIT are all at my limit of tolerance for irritation.

I don’t have as many scents - yet! But I have a decent collection and add to it occasionally.

Yes it is indeed - Especially in clubs aimed at people our age in the UK. I don’t know how often I’ve had favourable comments on a different scent - which is also a good opener! 🙂 Although I do accept that I’ve heard from plenty of women that they find the smell of CW good on a mans sweating body. So now and then I give it a whirl.
