Haven’t posted much for a while so figure I’ll throw in what I’m thinking these days. I’ve recently read quite a few posts about [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), and adding IShine and IO to it. I find Ammo is a great standalone product. It is social, sexual, and gets respect. If you have complex ammo mixes with IO, IH, IShine, IG, tuth, etc. added, I recommend going a few days w just ammo and see what you think. As for sweetspots, 1 spray during the day and 2 sprays at night works for me. I greatly prefer the ff21 to the ff22, but that’s just my opinion and how it goes with my natural scent. When I add IShine to the ammo, just one or two sprays, it adds to the mood. Anything more than that seems to turn the mix a little “silly”, and almost too playful for my liking. Without IS the ammo is more serious, the IShine makes me slightly more approachable and makes people want to talk to me more than impress me and gain my respect. As for the IO, Ammo already has a-nol in it. I find w the IO, I get jittery and nervous. I want to talk to people, which is good, but it takes away a sexual edge from ammo. So if you are trying to make friends, and find ammo is too sexual, too respect-seeking, IO helps. But for me, it doesn’t always belong in the mix, at least after someone feels comftorable enough talking to me. IH is a nice addition when I need more serious conversations, but not for a daily mix. I’m in college and enjoy 1 ammo, 1 IShine at the beginning of my days, and refresh IShine before every class with about 1 more spray. I’d be interested in knowing how other people in college or wherever use ammo in mixes and their opinions on IO in the mix ---

Ya..I heard a lot of forumers here recommend Ammo for beginners, is great! Although I’m new here and not post anything lately, but Ammo really does what its says.. I spray ammo to both my wrist and IShine to the neck and the effect around women are wonderful. You? Which part you spray on? ---

hey im in college and I love the ammo and Is combo personally im not a huge fan of IO personally i havent really seen any results with it and even in a mix it tends to take away alot of what you are going for… the thing is in uni you will have alot of people who are friendly anyway but to get a little more than that out of them, thats where mones really kick in I personally like to use 1-2sprays of ammo with about 2-3 sprays of iS good self affects and decent reactions from other ppl nothing very obvious.. to be honest i find that reactions from others depends on your own conduct so for me i have found that if you feel good and mones give you good self effects that is ometimes alone good enough to get hits from others the self effects plus the smell makes you feel like that emoticon with the sunglasses on haha ---

I’m not in college but I enjoy the self effects of AMMO and IS. I haven’t used it enough to gauge the reactions of others though. ---
