Hey guys I just recieved ammo and IShine 2x to go. I’m wondering how much I should start out with. I am currently 18 so I think ill try one spray of ammo to my neck and a spray of IS on each wrist. Any thoughts? ---

test it out, find your sweet spot with one item at a time try ammo at 1 squuirt keep a journal of any results postitive/ negative/ nothing happend and find your sweet spot, where u get the best results before trying to do combos as its 2x ammo, you’ll probably be in the 1 -2 sprays, i use 3 sprays of ammo 1x is 2 should be fine, but experiment with them to find what best fits you cuz i am not you and you are not me, but if you were me you would already know how much of what you like to use ;D good luck, i highly recomend starting a journal, in the journal section edit: good luck sounds like your going to fail miserably, i never really liked good luck… hmm anyways more stuff yes both those are great college mones, you wont see much effect outside in the wide open air, but more so inside, i shine makes u + everyone near you HAPPPPY it awesome 😃 ammo is well its ammo, a safe to use social, attractive, not overly sexual . goood to use also 😃 both together are good also 😛 but id still experiment separate ---

alright sounds good Ill test ammo alone tommorow one spray…next time i have class ill move up to 2 and then TRY 3 maybe get a ghosting effect not sure but just to know i od’d edit: btw ammo is normal strength not 2x. IShine is 2x strength. ---

ohh i miss read, i wouldnt recomend it in class, unless!!! your in a socialy interactive class, like a lab or somehting, where your in a group, talking to females, just using it siting there taking notes would be a total waste of ammo and money. i would say put it on and go out and run experiaments, open girls, talk to them, ya know. ware at party, but to spray when ur not going to use it, seems like a waste to me 😛. than again i sometimes do it for the self effects, but ammo meh is more of a effect on others then a self effect. ---

mmk well then I guess I will try out instant shine for class tommorow, this weekend im going to be hanging out with a couple girls and my best friend for a bit so ill try out ammo when i go over there instead haha. ---

yeah, that sounds like a good idea 😛 a thing alot of ppl, or some do on here, is you think this cologne smells good, (always sniffer first before shoving it in a girls face, and dont shove it in her face, snift wrist, and then move away from you but make it so she has to lean forward to smell) idk if i posted it in this thread or not but should start a journal, in the journal section 😛 ---

its a “trick” alot of people use [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are only as good as they girl can smell them many people ask a girls opinion on cologne, which is sprayed in the same spot that they have pheromones which gives the girl a woof of 'mones directly. but if u try to do this trick, when u say give me your opinion on my cologne, ALWAYS smell your wrist first, and never shove it in their face, just sniff it first to show its safe, and then put it towards them but make them engage it, instead of sticking right in there face 😛 ---
