On Thursday night, I went to yet another karaoke. It wasn’t with my usual group, but another one that usually does movies and museums. They’re a fun, welcoming bunch, and I enjoy hanging out with them. People there already know me and accept me, quirks and all. Here are the hits that transpired. Before heading out, I put on the following. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/): 3 sprays, 1 on each forearm, 1 on forehead IShine: 3 sprays, all on hair **Guys** _Demographics: all races, late 20’s to mid 30’s_ Not much different than how they usually treat me. I occupy a solid middle position in the group: not the alpha dog, but not the fringe omega, either. They talked to me in a friendly, respectful tone, and one guy invited me to join him and a few other people for a round of Cards Against Humanity. We ended up having a good time, with me getting compliments on the wacky answers (white cards) I put in. I finished third in the game. Despite the somewhat high Ammo content, there was absolutely no aggression whatsoever, or maybe IShine buffered it really well. **Girls** _Demographics: all races, late 20’s to mid 30’s_ Their hits were more noticeable, but still somewhat subtle. Here’s what I noticed the most. 1. I arrived early, so I sat at the bar, nursing a beer and waiting for others to show. A girl arrived and sat right next to me, even though the bar was relatively empty. She was sitting close enough to bump arms into each other, and had occasional DIHL moments. We talked and bantered slightly over our beer and song choices. 2. There’s a girl in the group who’s quite bubbly and acts like a goofball (in a good way) when she drinks. She kept taking group selfies, and always looked in my direction and invited me to join in. During the selfies, she’d press into me, getting hairspray on my face, which I teased her about. 3. Hours later, the group started to trickle out. One girl came up to me, complimented me on my singing, and gave me an inordinately close hug. The hug could be described as “endearing” or even “cute”, rather than sexual, but still felt sincere (as contrasted with a clumsy drunken hug, where someone jumps on you like an over-excited beagle). She totally pressed into me, oblivious of boundaries, even though we’re mainly acquaintances. **TL;DR version** I used 3 sprays of Ammo and IShine each. Guys treated me with respect, and invited me to join in for games. Girls were inordinately oblivious of friend boundaries, with things like hugs, selfies, and standing close. **Closing** I think the night was a success, and I got the hits I expected. Just wanted to add something. Looking back, it seemed like the girl who gave me the “endearing” hug (#3 under “Girls”), she was rubbing her hair against the side of my face a little bit. I’m sure she uses some kind of a softening/moisturizing product on her hair, because it felt really good. It was probably no big deal to her, but I liked it a lot. Do women do this hair-rubbing maneuver intentionally, or does it just happen incidentally in women with long hair? Because it make a difference in it being an actual hit. ---

I’m just wondering if the current formula of Ammo works as good if not better then the old Game scented ver. 1.0 formula I tried back in 2008. Can any vets care to share the comparison in efficacy? ---

It still works well enough - although the current FF21 or FF22 scents are not as well liked as Game. FF21 however is an excellent diffuser - possibly the best sold here but it is a rather powerful/young kind of scent. FF22 (world edition) is still a good diffuser but a less forward and more mature-friendly scent.
