# AMMO lasts how long?

Quick question - How long does AMMO generally last

Yesterday I applied two shots in the morning and didn’t really notice much - applied two more after work and had a pretty decent hit (I think it was a hit anyways) in the evening

Did I basically bring myself up to 4 shots of AMMO with the second application in the evening, or was the morning AMMO mostly gone?

I think it is equivanlent to 3 sprays of ammo when you had the hit, since ammo probably can last up to 10 hours, especially the androstenone. So after a couple of hours the 2 sprays can almost be 1 spray. So maybe try 2.5 or 3 spray to find your sweet spot 🙂
