I had gotten this document about a year before it was published, methylation is un heard of, 99999 out of 100000 western doctors have never heard of it. Most recent experience with Ammo:
Using Ammo as a stand alone, I went to the gym with what i hoped would be my new Girl firned. We have only been friends, and she has been reluctant to take things to the next level.
Of course the gym is a large place so four shots of 1X ammo was used. half an hour before teh workout.
her reactions was certainly different that what it would be normally. She would tend to be aloof. This time with the Ammo she was more animated, stood closer. When showing her how to use the dumbells, I stood tight in behind her guiding her arms to make sure the form was correct. She was pushing herself into me. When we were taking a breather, she was also much closer, and making more eye contact. All in all it was a big imporvement and it may very well go to the next level, who knows. But next time it is Ammo and TUTH with a touch of Shine. Take no prisoners. Ask not quarter, give no quarter
