[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is none balanced by equal quantities of nol and rone, so its about the least likely to give you problems with that age range and you will also see a big change in none response within it. The younger end is far more likely to respond to a lower dose whilst the older will generally suit a bit more. You follow the sweetspot guide. For each product individually.
