2 sprays ammo + 2 sprays instant shine (regular strength) I’m 22. older ladies 25+ are always looking while wearing this scent a 30+ creepily following me, I had to cross the road three times and she kept following then I had to stop walking and let her past. I get slightly more iois from girls the same age as mee, but its more of a seeing me giggling like there uncomfortable about me. I see a massive change with older girls ioi me al the time which I never used to get. I want this reaction from younger girls 18 - 22 anyway the date I had today was 18. She was chilled out but serious, definitely turned on though, continued to blush, fumbling, red chest, etc. it finished with a kiss but she couldn’t handle the sexual tension so well. I had similar reactions from my day game yesterday with this mix, attraction but a wary response maybe not trusting me? I think she was way more introverted than she would normally be. At 22, that seems a reasonable dose but it is possible you were into OD (for daytime at least) given the reactions of older women. The way to approach that first would be to cut the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) down and see what happens. Yes, you could add some IH (or IH/IS) but whilst it would moderate, it wouldn’t help you find your basic dose for that environment. Trying one, then the other is another maybe more useful approach. IS will offset the negatives of none to some extent but it is not as good a moderator as IH or IO and others - More that IS’s happy/feelgood nature will make the none and their reactions to it more palatable in a relaxed and more uninhibited situation - but you need to get into that state/situation first! ---

I’m 25 and I pretty much never use more than 1 spray of SE Ammo or 1 drop of a314, actually I’ve never worn more than 1 spray of SE Ammo. The hits are soo obvious and some crazy that wearing more I think would be really weird. I don’t know why people are wearing soo much mones, I think alot of people could cut back on their doses. Especially newbies I see start of with really high doses of some megamix and are then confused as to why their results are haywire. Since you’re 22 I would highly recommend you try using 1 spray of Ammo for a while or maybe even a half. ---

I’m with mobo on this one - cut down the Ammo to just 1 spray. At your age ammo is already potent so one hit is really all you need. Try experimenting with Ammo (1 spray) + IS (2 sprays) Also rest assured that Ammo + IS is a classic formula that will get you chicks. Your date was a good indicator it worked, problem was that her panties were so fucking soaked she panicked. No big deal, next time meet up with her for coffee (something low key) and just wear the Ammo + IS at 1:2 ratio. Be yourself, make her laugh and take it from there. Whatever you do have a good time. ---

So 1 shot of AMMO is good for someone who is young. Should you go to 2 if you are going somewhere like a crowded club? ---

One spray is a good start for a young guy, yes but you need to test a bit more to find the dose that suits your natural pheros best. After that, yes you usually can use more in uninhibited/raunchy environments and whenever people let their hair down but again a bit of care/testing is needed because too much can trigger negative effects in guys around you. ---

Thanks for the replies. I tried 1 ammo 1 instant shine 1 p74 I had younger girls smiling at me now and less milf attention, (street, supermarket) of this I had short time and didn’t have enough time to talk to girls I didn’t know, so unsure the affects on cold approach but will try again in weekend, can you use two much instant shine or p74? yes I organised a date with that girl again for lunch next week, this time il go abit more east on ammo haha. OK 1 spray ammo works better for me than 2, during day. but when using just 1 alone it doesn’t do anything in a IOI sense, instant shine has to be there. and I notice better affect of those around me with 2 sprays instant shine, is it two much two add a second considering I have p74. What is the maximum amount of spray that should be used e.g if I try 1 ammo 2 instant shine 1 / 2 p74 is 5 two much? ( I noticed with p74 people are talking to me who would normally ignore me. and people are asking me more personal questions) maybe this could help my social awkwardness a lot. In group situations. P74 is a pretty good none moderator, so it is quite possible it will make two sprays of Ammo managable for you. Just avoid going too high on P74 as it can become too “best friendly” with higher doses and lighter sexual mixes. I would normally try to keep the ceiling around 20mcg with something like that and certainly no more than 30mcg. You can dose higher with very overt sexuals (eg TUTH) to offset things though. ---

Big MISTAKE haha I went out one night this week started out with 1 p74 2 instant shine and 1 ammo. 3 hours after application i went out, “Girls were noticing me”. For the first time i saw a girl who was trying to approach me, her friend was edging her on but eventually she just couldn’t do it, she looked like a confident girl to. (i didn’t open her to test if she would or not later.) Random guys were friendly to me saying i was awesome ect (p74) maybe. 5 hours after application i wasn’t noticing any iois anymore, so i thought i would re-dose 1 more ammo and 2 more shine. What a mistake that was!! It ruined my night, haha. guys were steering at me like they were going to stab me, i had to run away from a guy then i went to a different club and drunk/alpha men were literately sniffing me and trying to follow my scent. (i have never had guys act like this to me) People cleared space around me 2m radius in a busy club (i kinda liked it because i hate it when people get in my personal bubble) i tried talking to a old friend 3 of her friends literately pulled me away so fast like i was a rapist and it took me about 5min to explain that we were mates. why did i OD so easily. (note i went to a strip bar first for a hour while waiting for my mates to come to town (would that up my natural [sexual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/) on top of the ammo). I noticed just before i went home maybe a hour later i just started to get a few iois again but i was way to sketched out to stay out was to dodgy, i was moving around in the bar so much to avoid angry looking guys.
