😃 Hi Phero disciples!! I’ve just got the products - [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IS. Also I’ve read several threads mentioning that Ammo OD repulsion is possible. So I wonder how strong the repulsion is? And can you recommend me a proper starting dose or part of body to scrub with? I’ve been dating my girlfriend for a year and I don’t want to repulse her away. Thanks buddies 😃 ---

OK, you will find recommendations all over the forum telling new users to start out with one spray, then go to 2 sprays the next day, then 3, etc, until you find your sweet spot. You are young so you will probably find 2 sprays or so to be your sweet spot. But, everybody is different and you need to discover what works best for you. Ammo repulsion can include making women agitated, argumentative, or just want to avoid you. You can OD with more than 6 sprays. You have to test you yourself to see how much you can take. 🙂 I would recommend starting with 2 sprays on the neck. And later on increase to 4 sprays. 2 on the neck and 1 on the chest and 1 on your wrists the repulsion from ammo will not be that fatal like the repulsion you can get with TUTH or Instant JERK ---

Mark is giving you the classic good advice - start low and move your way up. I think both Mark and Idle are right - at your age your sweet spot will probably be 2 maybe 3 sprays. And Idle is right in that an Ammo OD potentially won’t be as bad as a TUTH OD as the ammo is buffered. I OD’d - or was on the verge of a serious one - a short time ago. It wasn’t too bad. More like mixed reactions. But I could definitely tell I was close. Good thing about an OD is that you do learn where your limits are.
