Im 20 year old male, in college. Im going to be going to bars, clubs, and mostly house parties. I just bought [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Ammo summer edition. These should be good for me right?

Tisha responded in your other thread, suggesting that AMMO was a good choice for your age. I’d take that as gospel, my friend.

From here on out it’s up to You! You need to do some testing, find your sweet spot. There’s a Sticky here telling you exactly how to do it.

The important part is to test ONE PRODUCT at a time, and spend a full Week testing each product before combining. This way you’ll understand how each affects you and others around you.
