I got off as likeable and approacable with the girls. Then again, the same effect backfired in a way with the guys. They treated me as a best friend, sucking up to me and being considerate. It is hard to explain, but it made me feel Beta when they told me how great a guy I am. While Ammo is great indeed around women, it lacks the respect one would get from A314. Then again, A314 would not be as likeable around girls. šŸ˜› Basically this evening proved: Ammo: Likability \> Respect A314\*: Respect \> Likability. Both of them add to confidence. P75 too has to do with it, but I am as yet unsure on the scale of it. It is more important for the girls to like somebody - I believe they automatically start to respect the man they like, if he is genuine and congruent. As for men, being too likable with men lowers the level of respectability, or Alphaness by a degree, or more. Thus I would consider NOT to recommend Ammo in a situation where it is important to gather respect from men. \*I did not use A314 that evening. Sounds like they are talking you up a little bit with the whole ā€œyouā€™re a great guyā€ talk. Can you elaborate on why it made you feel beta? Sounds like the approval of other people when you donā€™t ask for it is less of an ā€œamogā€ type thing, at least to me. ---

Iā€™m going to disagree with you [Styr](https://pheromonetalk.com/u/Styr) - if you were at a social gathering at a wine tasting I would think Ammo would have done the job just fine and still get the respect from your male friends. I will say thereā€™s nothing wrong wearing A314 but do you really want to come off like the #1 alpha male and look too serious in a social setting? I found that too much A314 will give me the respect but was too intimidating. In other words those around me gave me respect but wouldnā€™t necessarily want to have a beer with me. Just because your buddies sucked up to you doesnā€™t make you beta. If they disrespected you and made you look like a chump - thatā€™s beta status. ---

I did not say that Ammo was a bad per se. Perhaps I could have added more P75, or less P74. The thing is, that I had already achieved something similar to the Alpha of the group. I did not need any sucking up from the males. They were my superiors, but I did have some trouble being in control of the situation when they began speaking highly of me. It was more because I was likable, not as much because they respected me. They obviously did, but there was too much of a bonding there. If it makes any sense. šŸ˜› ---

I see what you are sating, in my opinion next time leave out the [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/). I think perhaps the p74 added too much of a friendly vibe. I will say ammo + is + p75 is indeed a really good mix. ---

I have people talking me up all the time as well when I wear Ammo. Even more when I add some Mx297 to it. It took me some time to get used to all the compliments, but it has never made me feel beta. I agree with andromun that you shouldā€™nt want A314 like respect from your buddies. Itā€™s not social enough and makes my friends always a bit distant and insecure around me. Remember if all the males suck up to you, it DOES mean they respect you. The social proof you get from this plays an important role in attracting the girlsā€¦ If you turn them on with the none and display social proof at the same timeā€¦ thatā€™s a golden combo mate. Your friends are doing the DHVing for you šŸ˜ƒ
