# ammo x2? or ammo?

Hey guys I just wanted to ask people, Which do you prefer? [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) x2 double strength ? or just the standard strength ?

I’m 36 and the 1x strength is plenty for me but I tend to put out a lot more androstenone than most people.

I understand the idea in your mind. “Hey for 20 dollars more I can get 2x”  
While this is a viable reasoning to say the last you gonna suffer from a lot more ghosting and overdose in public than you’d like.

“Less will always be more” is the general rule with mones for the most part and can be applicable in mostly any aspect with certain exceptions.

Your 21 I’d go with 1x … you might find your sweet spot to be 1,2,or 3 sprays before ghosting (it is well buffered), but you should be producing a lot of -none on your own.  
Using multiple sprays in multiple spots should give you better diffusion. Just my 2 cents.
