# ammo x2

I recently picked up the 2X AMMO and don’t worry it’s fine just the way it is. Although if you are already producing plenty of 'mones naturally it might be a bit much. It’s good for those of us on the “over” side of 30.

You know you can purchase regular ammo at half the strength of 2X. With few exceptions I would rather use the 1x version, takes more sprays to equal the 2x but I can spread it around more which I would imagine makes for better diffusion.

Actually it does. People think more is better but honestly with mones less is more and having more sprays on different areas give you a phero cloud with a wider proximity. With 2x ammo you can in reality only use 1 spray for us younger guys and that limits to spraying just one area vs 2-3 areas with 2-3 sprays of 1x Ammunition. I have to say though that [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 2x is a better value money wise but for 30 extra dollars you can 2 bottles of 1x and it will work out much better in the long run.
