from a314, i just noticed some small stuff. for example, twice (2 different occasions) I was far away, and someone waited for me to get to the door and held it open for me. Noticed people staring at me lol. From ammo, I’m expecting to get something. I havent noticed anything at all. ---

OK, I’ve been reading your posts and sorta wondering are you a “popular” guy or do you just keep to yourself? I was really popular in high school but after I got more quiet and serious and now after all these years I’m looking to find more fun things in life so I’m playing with pheros. I’m not sure they would have done me much good in school. Maybe your pretty popular already and that’s why you don’t get much? ---

Well, why not? Do you have a group of “not popular” people you hang with? Maybe you’ve moved around a lot and don’t know many people. Just shy? I’ll try to help, and I bet some other folks on here would like to help too. High school is rough but you can get what you want from it. Pheros won’t do that but YOU can. Phero’s might just make it fun. ---

I started off with a low social status, and it’s followed me + I dont want to be someone I’m not so people like me. I hate when people try to be someone they’re not to please other people. Actually I was shy, but I got over that. I went outside of school and met people and I know I’ll be popular anywhere else and I can be myself. I knew girls liked me but because I havent been outside of my school a lot, I didnt know how to go about it. Anyway, I’m just trying to notice things from ammo, but I do appreciate all your responses. ---

Sounds like your being yourself which is best. Just have some patience with the pheros and don’t over do em. I bet they’re doing more than you realize. ---

**O** ver **d** ose You can use too much of anything, including [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Typically, when you use too many pheromones, one of three things may happen: 1. You’ll put others on edge, and may be avoided 2. You’ll get no attention whatsoever, treated as if you were invisible or 1. People’s brains will go into “this doesn’t make any sense” mode, and you’ll be treated as if you were wearing no pheromones at all ---

Is that the case for all pheros? Doesnt seem that bad lol. I’ll try wearing 4 sprays tommorow. Just dont want to smell too strong ---

I just copied and pasted the pop-up that appears when you mouseover OD. That’s just a general description. Ammo is a -none based mix, so OD effects will be more specific to that pheromone. You can get anything from aggressive behavior by males to complaints of stinking. Or you could get nothing at all. The biggest skill necessary when dealing with pheromones is observation. This is above everything, including game. I’m sorta preaching to myself here, as I’m moving into a more methodical and calculated use of pheromones. Previously, I’d just pile them on, put myself into one specific situation, and let them work. Very unorganized. I’m now going to be following a regimen of Apply –\> Interact –\> Observe –\> Adjust –\> Repeat. As for ODing, try starting slow. Increase your dosage incrementally each day until you notice SOMETHING different. If it’s positive, you’ve likely hit your sweet spot. If it’s negative, welcome to OD land. 😃 -D4 ---

in my observations, it’s much harder to OD with the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). People have had great success with massive amounts of IO and IH. Too much Instant Shine usually gives people bad headaches. Too much Intstant Female Magic makes men real depressed.
