Hi Ray and welcome.

To get you started I suggest you have a good read of [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168)

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great all round product, excellent for attraction. However for you, perhaps the instant products or ‘socials’ will help you most of all with the stage fright you speak of. These products (like instant honesty, instant openness) will help people feel comfortable around you - in turn helping you feel comfortable with them and with yourself 🙂

Spaceland is another advanced product that I like for similar purposes.
