Hypothesis: Spraying the partys entrance with a heavy amount of Androstenone will cause more women in the room to have sex then not spraying the entrance.

Monitor the behavior of ten control party’s using hidden cameras and pay attention to every women’s behavior from an observation point including multiple examiners. The examiners will have no personal affiliation with anyone there and preferably live far away. Each examiner will go into a seperate room and then individually describe in detail the behaviors he/she noticed in the ladys at the club, as well as describe how many of them left with someone they just met, etc.

After this, prepare a summary of all the data collected including how many women left with someone new, as well as a thesis describing the overall behavior of the people. I guess after ten times of doing this you would get a general idea of how many left and had sex…

Monitor the behavior of ten partys after spraying the front door many times with TUTH. Do the same procedure as above, prepare graphs of the data and make another thesis. Prepare a demonstration infront of a panel using data from control and TUTH groups. After the demonstration ask the panel to come to a vote whether or not TUTH affected the outcome of women going out to sleep with a stranger.

What is your guys opinions? Would doing this actually change the behavior of an entire club? Imagine having that kindof power.

Yesterday before my sleep I was thinking the same 🙂 Party, a camera (not hidden is ok too), and the action before and after mones 🙂

The other thing I am thinking, if mones are working only on human, or it would be ok to spray on pilows as well? 🙂

Test and report!

Not hiding the camera varies behavior greatly. Reality shows like ‘Real World’ and ‘Jersey Shore’ are proof-positive of this. The camera should be hidden for any such experiment - although I’m sure this will spark a whirlwind of morality debate. As long as its in the main room of your home you have every right. Not like you are filming the bathroom. haha

Possibly but I wouldn’t want people rubbing their face in a wet pillow with all of the perfume on it. Or getting it in their eyes.

Also keep in mind that the effects once airborn only last 2-4 hours.

Perhaps an oil based product or mix in one of those glade plug in type of products for an extended timed release mone saturation of the room?

One could also load the mones in a diffuser or vaporizer to saturate the room over a lengthier period. The only time consuming variable to calculate is time to empty(eg 1cup diffusion/hour)to determine the usage per hour. One would then add the desired mones to achieve that spread in the calculated time frame. I wonder if the high temps in a glade type of plug in would denigrate the precious.

Now i am thinking should it really be the TUTH on such experiment, if there would be guys too in the room, won’t they get negative reaction? I wouldn’t like some guests feel insecure or something..
What are other great products for parties? MX391?
Well if we would spread mones with aroma lamp, would it work? 🙂
Maybe it’s better to do an experiment with easy social ones first?

We’ve tried things like plug-ins but to be honest they don’t work well for a few reasons:

1. The extreme heat used to diffuse are damaging to the molecules.
2. It takes a HUGE concentration of molecules to diffuse.

I know some people are selling [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) plug-ins like that, but to be honest unless they are charging you hundreds of dollars for them they probably do not contain a high enough concentration and you are destroying molecules anyway.

All of these ideas have merit of course but the reason why we sell [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) in a personal spray is because they work best with a target.

Wearing pheromones is the best way they work - its natural and far more effective.

Androtics used to sell a rigged plug-in diffuser for pheromones. AD also has had dealings with some clubs using pheromones as scent marketing in the club. I’ve used some IO and TAA oil in a warmer and it worked very well. I then made some other oils and again they worked very well. I honestly don’t remember the concentrate but it was not very high.

Most warmers like plugins use a gel, but very low heat. I tested a glade plugin heater once and it doesn’t get hotter than 92 degrees. I don’t believe you meant it that way John, but that’s not high heat at all. These things are made out of plastic and if they did use high-heat there would be massive safety issues and even larger threat of lawsuit.

disclaimer

1)If this was done and someone objected ( and found out about it, it could easily lead to lawsuit,… “your honor, I have no idea what these pheremones could do to my body, and I object to subjecting myself to them without my knowledge…”) and so on.

1. There is no way to find of if people have more sex, just that they left with each other. one does not imply the other, not good logic 🙂

2. If you did find out a way to determine if people had more sex there will be huge lawsuit potential, and rightly so! Possible some person if would become classified as a sexual predator of a peeping variety…if you spend too much time observing, and someone objects.

3. Big difference between wearing a product, and using a product on other people in a public place, which is of questionable ethics, cover your butts if you do and post disclaimers about it, as well as perhaps stamping it on people when they enter the place as a hand stamp on their hypothetical hands. hypothetically of course. Seriously.

remember that your rights end where some one elses rights begin- in this case, in the air. Whoever did this hypothetical experiment could be chewed up and spit out over this. Would be an interesting case really, though. hypothetically. and by case I mean the lawsuit. I would follow it.

Actually I would disagree with you here. You are suggesting people can suit you over having a glade plugin or just by wearing mones. On that note a guy could file suit because a woman wore lipstick and when it was removed it was not attractive and therefore created a deception. Mones are in everyday products like Dial Magnetic and that would essentially mean if someone saw it in your shower they could turn around and suit you.

Many commercial establishments now use scent marketing to invoke a specific feeling when that scent is smelled again. If whenever you smell vanilla it reminds you of Hotel X in Bali you couldn’t therefore turn and file a suit. I don’t think it would gain much steam anyway. Pheromones really need people for them to be effective.

One of the differences here is scent vrs pheremones. I would argue that a pheremone product would be different because it is designed to interact w receptors, and is created to do this specifically. I would bring up in court that pheremones were designed to impact people emotionally, and then just print out various forum insights. I think it would be effective enough to scare a jury, regardless of accuracy. remember,a law suit is only as good as the lawyer makes it. Easy to make this HUGE.

Also, there have been lawsuits in regard to use of scents that have been fought and won specifically, in public, private and college level classes, and in elementary classes. Also, when writing up an IEP, if the child has a sensitivity it is placed in the IEP, and the teacher does not wear scent. These documents were designed as a reaction after various lawsuits have ensured the right of students to not be exposed to scents.

when a student had been sensitive to scent, they have had sucessful lawsuits to order everyone in class and within certain distance to not use scent. This also has been won in regards to nuts ( not just eating them or using them in school, also the scent of them) when students were sensitive to them, and some teachers have been ordered to not use scent when a student has a sensitivity, ( college as well as public)

If you consider the implications involving pheremones, and the claims that people have made in regards to them, really, why take a risk that they will start to be subjected to the court system, and regulations which may be based upon the publics understanding about them? Now that I am interested, i will do a little search to see court cases, just for fun.

another thing, it is also a legal requirement that when any school has something that may be an issue such as spraying for pests, dust from woodworking, plaster dust, mold, just about anything, they have to send a release home with student , regardless of the students age or public v private school. Experiments w students in psyc classes require release. Every damn thing we do requires a release. There are good reasons for all the releases I have had to write. For many many years. To prevent lawsuits.
I think that a disclaimer/release form is smart. in most any situation…“may I kiss you? …only if you sign this form first…😃😃”
Finally, remember, someone does not have to win a lawsuit to crush you, they just have to sue you again and again until you spend so much money you are broke. That is the beauty of the law.😃

Gonna look up some cases now for fun. BTW am not going to sue any one at all, all hypothetical.
Any way, I disagree with you. I think it could have implications that could , with the right lawyer and judge, cause all sorts of shenanigans.

Japanese corps have long since played with their employees both in Japan and in their corporate parks and facilities in the rest of the world. 😮
In the enclosed little hives off offices and ‘clean’ factories, use(d) various scents pumped through the air conditioning to stimulate the appropriate responses they wanted. ☹
Eg certain scents to promote concentration, appropriate scents to break the concentration and start appetite stimulation at lunch, back to work ‘let’s get busy’ scent for the end of lunch and so on and so forth. I remember the ruckus Aussies kicked up when that information was leaked to their workers for one corporation 😃. This isn’t new. > Hey Astrea, any lawsuits? Who won?

No lawsuits, no. Australian law doesn’t allow for ‘frivolous litigation’. If a doctor ruins your life (has happened) too bad. There is no recourse for you. His malpractice premiums may go up, but not much else.

What they (corporations) do isn’t against the **law** , so to speak. They just simply replied (I’m paraphrasing now, it was WAAAAY wordier and legalesed) that you don’t have to work there; they had a right to pump whatever through buildings they owned; so on and so forth. They had a right to expect optimum performance from the people working for them.

Some even got to like it. Mind you, it was a leak (the original information) and I don’t know if any country’s laws are set up to deal with something like this. It might be fun to see if they still do this; and if they do, are American branches included - or did they shy away from the possibility of litigation and “reparation”?

So they won the publicity war; a bad employment situation (happens cyclically) and what DO you do with an excess of junior execs fresh out of college?

All the casinos in Vegas are known to pump at least oxygen into the gambling rooms and the pit ; but is it only oxygen? They close those rooms off to natural light (so you can’t tell how long you’ve been there); omit clocks from all gambling floors (so you don’t know how long you’ve been there 😃) and periodically pump fresh, clean oxygen into the rooms - so you get a second wind and continue gambling.

Self serving interests, both of them - which is more dangerous? It would be nice to know there’s some kind of random monitoring - just to keep everyone “honest” (yeah, right 🙄) but that’s a long way off. You’d actually have to have an official body that gave a crap about people at large.

EDIT TO ADD These scents that they pumped are NOT overt. The purpose is to stimulate a **subconscious** reaction.

**Sex Smells: Illness, money and a lawsuit complicate the moth scent-spraying controversy.**
The [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) that critics are calling “weapons of moth destruction” appear to be drumming up more local resistance than the Iraq War.

The feds and state Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) aim to eradicate the invasive light brown apple moth by aerially spraying the Monterey Peninsula with pheromone products Checkmate OLR-F and Checkmate LBAM-F, which confuse the male moths and disrupt mating. The first spray occurred Sept. 9-13 and the next is scheduled to begin around Oct. 9 despite opposition from concerned locals.

The issue has also become an environmentalist-versus-environmentalist debate. California Certified Organic Farmers supports the spraying, and the Natural Resource Defense Council’s senior scientist is unconcerned about it. While Californians for Pesticide Reform prefers the use of pheromones to conventional pesticides, the group has reservations about spraying it from planes.

A growing number of local groups agree. Helping Our Peninsula’s Environment (HOPE) and the Fort Ord Environmental Justice Network initially spearheaded the opposition, but in the past few weeks three new groups have joined the resistance.

The cities of Pacific Grove and Monterey have threatened to sue the state over the spraying, but HOPE is the first plaintiff to follow through. The group filed a lawsuit against the CDFA and Agriculture Secretary A.G. Kawamura on Sept. 24.

The lawsuit alleges the pheromone spraying injures the Peninsula’s residents.

The lawsuit alleges that the pheromone spraying injures the Peninsula’s residents and the National Marine Sanctuary’s invertebrates. It also questions the validity of the EPA’s “emergency” exemptions, which permit the spraying over a residential area without an environmental impact report and public review required under the California Enviromental Quality Act.

HOPE may request an injunction to delay spraying while the lawsuit moves forward, HOPE’s David Dilworth says.

Meanwhile, activists following the money have discovered that the owner of the pheromone manufacturing company is a major contributor to Gov. Schwarzenegger. State records show that Stewart and Lynda Resnick, co-chairs of Los Angeles-based Roll International, contributed $144,600 to Schwarzenegger’s 2006 gubernatorial campaign. Roll International’s many subsidiaries include Fiji Water, Paramount Agribusiness and Suterra Inc., the company that manufactures the Checkmate products being sprayed on the Peninsula.

An alternate form of pheromone is available. Pacific Biocontrol Corporation develops and distributes – and mammoth chemical company Shin-Etsu manufactures – twist ties infused with the moth scent, which can be placed around infested areas. The state has tried the twist ties in seven cities, including San Jose.

But CDFA officials have said that aerial spraying is cheaper and more effective than ground application, despite citizen requests to do the latter. About 40 residents at the Aug. 21 Monterey City Council meeting indicated that they would volunteer to place twist ties.

The owners of Pacific Biocontrol and Shin-Etsu did not contribute to Schwarzenegger’s 2006 campaign.

Within an hour of going outside on the afternoon of Sept. 13, PG resident Mike Lynberg began to feel congested. His wife and two kids also got sick. He suspects that the symptoms were related to the pheromones sprayed over his neighborhood the night before.

Lynberg started Concerned Citizens Against Aerial Spraying and began collecting illness complaints from other residents. As of Sept. 24 he’s received 81 reports of sore throats, bronchial congestion, stuffy noses, headaches, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain and skin rashes. He sent a summary to local mayors and Assemblyman John Laird.

The state Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) instructs people who feel sick to first see a physician. Doctors who suspect a link between the symptoms and pesticide exposure should fill out a state form and submit it to the county agriculture commissioners’ office, which investigates complaints and then shares them with the DPR.

The county has received 11 complaints so far and plans to investigate them all, says Assistant Agriculture Commissioner Robert Roach. But the going is slow. According to the state’s Pesticide Illness Surveillance Program fact sheet, “DPR has longstanding concerns about delays in receiving illness reports.”

The County Health Department’s Dr. Hugh Stallworth, who says he has no formal role in the reporting process, has also been hearing from residents who think they’re sick from the spray. “It’s certainly a possibility that it’s more related to people’s concern, anger and anxiety than an actual physiologic problem,” he says.

While there’s little he can do at a local level, Stallworth is passing illness reports on to the state Department of Public Health. “They are getting public pressure to do something,” he says.
