Where as for both 30 mL and 5 ml and the 10 mL [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) bottles will not be filled to the top but contain their corresponding unit of measurements precisely dispensed. Many to go bottles will give approximately 40 sprays. If a person were to use 3 sprays a day, 5 days a week you would effectively get almost 3 weeks of use. A 30 mL bottle has about 200 sprays: Again at 3 sprays a day, 5 days a week you would get about 13 weeks of usage The 10 mL [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) is oil based and comes with a dropper top with approximately 200 drops. At 2 drops a day, 5 days a week this would give you about 20 weeks of usage.
