I have started using [pheromones](https://a314.com/) a few weeks ago. I used mostly the socials until now IS, IO, IG and P74 and MX27… (forgot which one, don’t have the bottle here, but also a social mix). The socials work for me. I tested in an office environment. I work in an office with 7 other people (all male). The socials have an effect. One guy in particular now often asks me in late afternoon if I’m going to stay longer (I usually stay until late in the evening) with the intention of staying longer himself if I say yes. Other signs are more subtle. I also noticed a hit from two women from a nearby room (another company that we share the office with) who became very interested in my lunch one day. I usually make my lunch at the office. I broke two raw eggs over my lunch (delicious) – the better looking of the two women behaved as if she has never seen someone eat raw eggs for lunch :-). I don’t really notice self effects, although the socials do smell nice. This may be because I have been wearing some socials all the time now, since I started – just like with caffeine, where the first cup of \ after a week of abstinence is the best, I may need to take a break for a while, from the socials, to really feel a pronounced self-effect. I also wore A314 sometimes, but never in the office. I didn’t like the smell at first, but after repeated use, now I think it’s alright – maybe something I can get used to. I’d like to mention the awesome service I got from AD. My orders arrived within two business days here in Austria, which really surprised me. An order I made by a competitor took several weeks for the same postage fee. Also, the package from AD arrived without any customs charges. The package from the competitor had a hefty 42€ customs charge – no direct fault to the competitor, but I do wonder how AD circumvents the customs charge. I also got a free gift from AD. Really nice place. I also ordered a bottle of P83, when it wasn’t restricted to reporting users only. I saved it, as I didn’t want to waste it so early on. My pheromone usage so far was several sprays of each of the socials I had. I didn’t track exact amounts. With the P83, I would like to do some real testing and reporting. I plan to use an as yet undefined number of sprays of P83 each day, and will report my impression of its effects. I will only use P83, no other pheromones. If anyone has any tips on the P83 testing, please let me know. ---

I have the to-go bottle, I think 2.5 mcg. Unfortunately I don’t have the bottle here. I spent the night at the office, working. I have to make progress with an important project – the first big project I’m trusted with and I just have to make that a success :-). I must correct myself. The [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) I have has 12.5 mcg per spray. I tested 2 sprays of P83 today. I’m missing the socials I have used during the previous weeks. I have the feeling, that the conversations I had today had a more serious feeling to them, than during the time when I had a lot of socials on. I could get alot of work done today though, without much distraction, so two sprays of P83 are suitable for work. Curious thing happened today: the girl from administration called me up on my phone and asked me if I could go over and explain something to her. When I arrived there, she asked me something trivial. I have only passed her once, in the morning, so I’m not sure whether this can be attributed to the P83. Tomorrow a new guy will start to work here, and I’ll have to show him the ropes. I have used two sprays of P83 to the neck for three days. The new guy thinks I’m a god. That is well :-). Not sure if this can be attributed to the P83. I didn’t use any A314. Otherwise, I’m not sure if there is anything to report. I’m missing the socials. I will stop using any pheromones for the next two days, according to the “sweet spot” guide.
