Pete,

I have read your interesting older thread [Help/Advice A314/IS](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/help-advice-a314-is/565).

You start out somewhat disappointed because you did not notice any effects or reaction from the pheromones. During the course of the thread you start noticing effects, and continue to do so in this thread.

This is very interesting - because other people reading this forum, even the many readers who never post anything, might be in a similar situation.

Looking back to August of this year, what would you say are the main reasons why your experience with pheromones changed?

Did you just need more time - and why? Develop more social awareness?

How much do you think your reduction of stimulants (stack…) has been related to your successes with pheromones?

I am using too much caffeine and sometimes ECA myself and I am wondering if I could seriously improve my results by stopping it?
