I’m aware that IFM is no longer available but what was the dosage of [Androstadienone](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Androstadienone) in it? ---

I don’t think anyone here knows for sure how much of A-1 is in the formula since they obviously don’t tell us. Same idea for IG since you really don’t know how much rone they actually put in it. I know a lot of other guys will ring in but honestly 8-10 mcgs a spray of A-1 I think is sufficient for a max application of 15-20ug. Even for the main line a lot of speculation is said but at the end of the day only AD knows what goes into the product. Some more prominent users said its mostly A-1 with a dash of EST and TAF. ---

well what’s considered a good dose of it then?, in mcg? If I wanted to purchase is from LS and maybe mix it with something, what kind of doses would be best? ---

Okay heres food for thought. Considering theres 1000 mcg/ mL I’d say to get the most out of it just put 2-2.5 mL’s of A-1 in a 30 mL of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). 2.0 mL = 7.8125 aprox 2.5 mL = 9.6153 aprox I lean more towards 2 mL so you can get at least 2-3 sprays of IH on yourself without overdoing it. You can go lower like 1.5 or 1.75 mL if you think that might be more ideal for yourself. You could also just mix 0.5 mL in 9.5 mL’s of cologne to give you about 6.25 mcgs per spray which would be good also(Based on AD atomizer of reg bottle). 15-18 is a sweet spot for me. Although for me I take into the concern that the humidity and heat where I live definitely makes A-1 morph into androstenone faster than if i were in a more cool temperate place. On a final note I think anyone older than me in their 30’s-40’s can wear more A-1 and none to much avail but leave the rone at home. ---

So if I wanted to make my own makeshift batch of IFM what strength of the LS version should I use, and would it matter if I added it to IO instead of IH? ---

It would because one is more a-nol and the other more b-nol. I prefer b-nol with A-1 as I like to be a confidante for women quite often and A-1 adds to the comfort lvl quite a bit. In general I think it’d be okay to use either though. Don’t be a bum just buy the full strength. The less L-S ethanol and the more neroli is definitely preferable due to the higher concentration in the full strength vs the half strength.
